Only for party people. The staff!
Not for familys. Very dirty! Loud music from the nightclub at groundlevel.

For the price… it is ok. Its nothing fancy but comes in handy at a fair price

Breakfast was nice. Pool was okay but work was going on in vicinity making it difficult to use the sunbeds.
Drunks lying beside entrance. We arrived at 9.45am.
Cockroaches in one of the rooms. Pubic hair on floor in the other. Veranda door would neither close properly or open so unable to get onto balcony. No mosquito net in that room although receptionist reluctantly got one and it was new, so that was okay. Floor dirty with insect debri in corners. Very run down. Needs a complete clean and update.

Changed room twice just to get water in shower and still had to used bottled water to rinse. No mirror in bathroom. Wifi did not work. Many promised facilities did not exist. Even thr bed sheet was too small for the bed. Disgraceful that booking.com rates them 3 star.

The AC is located near the bed hence making it hard to sleep, it should be adjusted in a way that it maintains the room temperatures without necessarily blowing towards the bed

My room was on the 3rd floor and had a small balcony, unfortunately to the back side. The bathroom was ok but some small repairs should be done. Wifi inside the room was ok but not in all corners. Breakfast was standard. There is also a small pool. The absolutely best (and the reason why I had choosen this hotel) was the view from the roof terrace to the Tusks. I loved the view!

Room was dirty, we saw a mouth in the inatallation. Bathroom too dirty, need to bw refresh.
Musici from the club up to 4 am.
We stayed here only for the night.

For the price I could stay at the hostel and was just to faraway to the new railway station.
