Wonderful four night stay

This place was really comfortable and very well appointed. The owners have clearly put a lot of work into it and it exceeded our expectations on all counts. The hot tub is a standout. We wished our stay had been longer to enjoy the backyard and lanai.

Rented this place for Parents Weekend at University of Arizona. Most hotels were booked, but we were very glad we rented this house instead. Looks recently updated and was very clean. House was well appointed with so many things and little details that most places don’t include. I didn’t remember a jacuzzi when I rented the house, so was pleasantly surprised to see one.
Owner checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok. No regular cable, just access to apps on the TV, but it was nice to disconnect for several days anyway.
Had a few other parents over for dinner and they were impressed. Would not hesitate to rent again!

The owners of this property are passionate about making their customers' stay as pleasant as possible.
The latest additions of a fully remodeled bathroom, the hot tub in the beautifully landscaped and furnished back deck and yard made our stay even better than the prior year.
We highly recommend this rental in Tucson.

This place gets such great reviews, and there is really nothing to add except that Hadley has added some upgrades which made it even better.

We had a great stay at Quail Adobe. The bungalow has everything you could need from kids games, a yoga mat, thick towels, and night lights to every kitchen appliance you could wish for, a hot tub, and a large washer and dryer. The bungalow is located in a quiet neighborhood a little over a mile from UofA. I stayed there while helping my son move into his apartment. It's a 6 minute drive from campus and so nice to have a driveway and to feel safe. We will definitely be back. Hadley was super responsive to any questions too.

Perfect place
This was our second time staying at the property. House is great, very clean and well stocked! We will definitely visit again.

Everything was provided.
We found our house both pleasant and well stocked. Hadley had left some fruit and wine on the kitchen counter and there were supplies in the cupboard so we didn’t have to buy loads of stuff for just a few days. Also sufficient equipment and dinnerware for cooking and eating. The backyard was our favorite place and we ate there and worked there. The internet connection could have been stronger. Neighborhood was nice for walking and people were universally friendly. We even bought a sculpture from a neighbor across the street! Not as walkable as we hoped because the main streets are very busy and that’s not how Tucson is laid out. But gorgeous weather in March.

Beautiful Little House in Historic District
The House is clean and very well furnished. The backyard patio is a very nice place to hang out and relax. The location is close to almost everything in Tucson.

Nice house with best patio and laundry room!
Very nice house, was clean and quite private. The back patio is lovely - several places to sit and a great place for happy hour. Best laundry room we've ever seen in a rental house - a separate building in the rear of the property. We had a few items to bring to the owner's attention; biggest disappointment was that the previous guests reported the dishwasher not working, and despite the owner's good efforts she couldn't get a new one installed at short notice. Some street/traffic noise drifted over from nearby Grant Rd - but overall we had a very nice stay.

Tucson Home
This is a really cute home that was great for a visit with my daughter who attends U of A. The home had everything we needed, comfortable beds and a really cute back patio area. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this super cozy and comfortable house. It was absolutely spotless. Really quiet. The backyard was such a nice space. The kitchen had every thing that we needed. It was also a nice walking neighborhood and just a few blocks from campus. Definitely would stay again.

A sweet little home
I flew to Tucson to help my son and his family who were relocating from out of state to the area.
This was a perfect little home. Meticulously and wonderfully cared for, and stocked with everything to make my stay comfortable.
Communication with the owner was top rate. I would definitely stay there again.

Repeat customer
This was our second booking at this property. We stayed here last year during the adoption of our son and came back a year later for the adoption of our daughter. The convenience to the hospital was a priority, but the attention to detail, cleaniness, and ease of communication was the reason we came back to this house. Hadley was so kind and accommodating during our stay; she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. She is the most thoughtful host- fresh flowers upon our arrival, beverages in the fridge, and a ‘welcome baby’ balloon! The house was spotless and had everything we needed- there was even a delicates wash bag in the laundry room. That just goes to show you she’s thought of everything! Thank you!!

New go-to in Tucson!
This was one of the best rental experiences we've had! The house is adorable and so comfortable! Even in the summer heat, the backyard is such a relaxing area. The host has thought of every detail to make the stay enjoyable.

Lovely house in historic neighborhood
We came to Tucson to move our college student into the dorms at U of AZ and this house was just perfect. Close to the university, close to grocery store, and on a quiet street. Hadley was very responsive whether I emailed her or called her. The house was very comfortable and set up with some extras that made it special like a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit and fresh flowers! Because it's an old house with original wood floors and old doors, it's a bit noisy, say, when someone gets up in the middle of the night. Also, the first night the front lights were shining in the bedroom all night, but after an email with Hadley, we turned them around to face away from the house. Overall this was a cute, comfy, close, customer friendly place and we hope to be back! Thank you, Hadley!

All we had hoped...
The house on Edison street was beautifully laid out, very nicely decorated and appointed, and centrally located. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals (including sharp knives!). An open floor plan flowed and filled the house with light and space. The backyard, surrounded with adobe walls, was an oasis where we lingered every morning. The master bedroom had an extremely comfortable king bed; we slept well. It is in a very nice neighborhood, within walking distance of the University and restaurants. Our host was extremely kind and responsive when we asked if we could check in early. She was able to make it happen for us.
When we return to Tucson, we very much hope this property is available again.

Splendid with Absolutely Nothing Missing
We spend spend 5 nights in April 2021 at Jefferson Park and couldn't have been more impressed with the property. Hadley has done an incredible job with this vacation rental. She has paid attention to all the little things that truly make a place special. There were a lot of plugs, the kitchen was stocked (including spices, fruit, water, and wine), the bathroom was complete, and there were plenty of towels and linens. Our four-year-old son was even thrilled to find toys and books in the living room. This was truly the most complete vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Hadley was incredibly friendly and easy to get in touch with. I would highly recommend her property to anyone visiting Tucson. There is even a smaller rental in the back (completely separate from this house) that you can get if you travel with multiple families.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, well stocked, and great location. Will for sure come back!

Family of 3 and furry daughter, too
This home away from home is not to be missed! Hadley is available at a moment's notice to fix the slightest issue; the lovely home is stocked with every amenity and then some! It is a quiet respite that is close to hiking trails, U of A, desert museums, supermarkets, restaurants, a park, and anything else you can imagine to make a trip fun for whatever you'd like to do. We'd definitely stay again in Hadley's gem of a homey home! P.S. The backyard is as spacious as the inside; we spent so much time out there in the many different seating areas enjoying the lovely weather.

Great choice for a Tucson stay
We stayed at this charming house for 2 weeks, escaping the New England weather and working remotely. The house is even nicer than expected and feels like a home rather than a soulless rental. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to the main road. We especially loved the outdoor space for Zoom meetings and yoga. Being an older home, it’s well insulated and when one of us was on a call, we couldn’t hear it in the other rooms. Not so in another house we recently stayed in! Hadley responded immediately when we had a question and was very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property!

This was our second stay in Quail Adobe and it was just as before--clean, comfortable, inviting, and well maintained. After a full day of hiking it was nice to return to a place that is welcoming. We had a question shortly after arrival and Hadley responded within minutes. We will be back next year!

Perfect for a week in Tucson
My wife and I really loved staying at this house. Everything was as advertised or better. On arrival there were fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a well stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean and well kept. The back yard was great to sit out and enjoy a meal. Laundry in the garage out back was very nice.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back for another week in Tucson.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! we absolutely loved the charm of the house which is tastefully decorated with southwestern accents. Hadley was thoughtfully accommodating and had stocked all of the essentials and more! The beds are very comfortable, the neighborhood was in a convenient centralized location and the backyard was perfect for those traveling with a dog.

Quiet Respite after Long Drive
The Quail Adobe property was a wonderful place for our family to stay after our 14 hour drive from Austin. We decided to take a 2 day stay to recharge and relax. The property is beautifully appointed and provided clean, comfortable space for our family, including our 22 pound poodle. The location is fabulous with close proximity to Trader Joe’s and easy commutes to many dining options for take out. The beds were comfortable and the property was well-stocked with plenty of comfort provisions, like OTC pain relievers and a variety of body lotions, shower gels and shampoos. The property itself has been restored to it’s original charm but with modern conveniences. It has beautiful original hardwood floors. It truly felt like home. We would highly recommend Quail Adobe and hope to stay here in the future.

Hadley is a great host, communicates quickly. We absolutely loved our stay and will return again!
