Диван в жахливому стані. Давно потребує чистки. Матрац на ліжку дуже незручний для. Ну. Ковдри, подушки - все старе. Меблі тільки зовні виглядають непогано. Всередині все старе і потребує ремонту. Двері в ванну не зачиняються, так як була зломана ручка.

The worst experience ever! The lady ( owner ) contacted me in the morning that she has a "tehnical" problem and she can't receive us ( 3 adults + 1 chd travelling from 600+ km in Chisinau ) . I told her that I booked on Booking with a special reason, to be sure that I have where to stay with my family. She said that she can't fix the problem, and she doesn't want to cancel my reservation. She asked me to do it. Of course, I refused. She offered 2 options ( one of the options was pretty good, but the owner said that he will not receive us for only one night - and he announced at 18:00 !!! ) . I contacted again the owner, and she gave another apartment as an option, but lower this time. I refused and I told her that I will contact Booking for this. I called that night at 27 !!! hotels to find a solution. Everything was full! Later, I found out that in the city was an event that weekend, and probably this owner wanted to give the apartment to someone else and didn't care about Booking.
Booking didn't give a solution! They responded "you didn't communicate with the owner on chat"
Stay away from people without responsibility and verticality in business !!!

Сподобалось місце розташування
Було брудно, штори обдерті, меблі дуже поганої якості і з пошкодженнями, зайвий раз не торкалися до них, щоб не розвалилися, брудний диван, застелений зверху, щоб не було видно тих страшних плям. брудна ванна, двері поломані, неможливо закрити було. Рушники дуже старі, хоч випрані, але жахливі, як для підлоги.

first of all, it was not cleaned, I got another apartment instead of the one in the picture, in the bathroom... the toilet was clogged and could not be used... not recommended

Everything was great, the host is super helpful and responsible, the accommodation exceeds the expectations and photos. we got some misunderstanding with a check-out, but despite on that everything went smoothly and accomodation is just perfect.

Apartment and location is not so bad. It was a problem to contact a stuff, to get the key. Tipical "russian style"of communication... Is not the apartment, posted on site but is good. Just could be a little bit more cleaner. But, overall is good.

The view of the lake and park was beautiful. It was relatively clean.
We didn't get the apartment seen in the pictures on the site. The apartment was much smaller, the kitchen had barely any utensils, the fridge was dirty. In brief, the pictures are of another apartment.

The lady who runs the apartment complex was very nice, we had a complete language barrier but she got someone to help us communicate

Excellent location located within the perimeter of a beautiful and big park with 3 lakes. You would need to take a taxi or public transport to reach the centre of Chisinau from there. The 2-bed flat was large and it had all amenities. The shower was good.
The flat was reasonably clean but not very clean and I had to wipe down all surfaces and objects we used. The toilet was wobbly. The wifi was reasonable. I found it very difficult to find the entrance to the building as no instructions had been sent out prior to my arrival (the entrance is behind the back entrance to the hotel downstairs). So, I had to stop numerous people, ask for directions, attempt to enter through various other entrances, eventually ask for help at the nearby spa reception.
The link person was responsive but I had to wait a bit for them to arrive and let us into the building. Similarly, no instructions were given with regard to the key handover on my leaving the property, which caused some more anxiety. The general impression was that 'the standard of cleanliness and reception matches the price' - the price was relatively low, with an upgrade offered for very little.

Location
-Late check in time (around midnight) was not confirmed in spite of a request which was send 3 times via Booking.com.
-The host mentioned on the booking.com site has left for Sweden and doesn’t return to Moldavia any more.
-When arriving at midnight at the apartment we could not communicate with the person (Marina) who answered the phone, because she only spoke Romanian.
We had to ask a stranger on the street for translation and to meet Marina with the keys of the apartment.
-The apartment (Nr 70) was in poor condition.
Even the main kitchen lights were not working.

Spacious clean apartment, comfortable beds, quiet building.
Acces by car a bit difficult and hard to find with Google Maps SatNav, but once you get your bearings, it won't be a problem anymore.
