Didn't know what to expect re location, but was extremely surprised when we arrived. Excellent location and well kept premises. Very enjoyable to walk through gardens during the months of Autumn. Will return again hopefully during Spring.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like. Everything wonderful.

Everything you need in this two bedroom unit. Quiet location, with absolutely amazing gardens to roam through!
Make sure you take your own shampoo or conditioner as it's not supplied. The TV is in a good position, but a bit small. Really not complaining, only comments.

Excellent location for our trip. Quiet and peaceful with a magnificent garden. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped (no oven, but we didn't need one).
Our only wish was for a light blanket to use instead of the nice thick doona, which would have been cosy for winter but was way too hot for warm summer nights.

The gardens are exceptional and made for a vibrant place to walk around. The owners were lovely. The facility suited us perfectly and is only a few minutes out of Spreyton.

A great place to stay, well equiped, clean and comfortable. We had a late check in and when we arrived the lights and heater were on.

The owners have thought of everything to make their guest's stay comfortable. The cottage is very quiet and comfortable. The gardens are amazing. In short it is a perfect retreat. I can't recommend Altona Garden Retreat highly enough.

Great place to stay. Pictures don't do it justice. The gardens are amazing. Comfy bed and the hosts are lovely. Will definatelt consider staying here again when we come back to tasmania

All the facilities were very good, we did not make a use of a lot because of our conference arrangements.
