Nice layout, effective use of windows utilized the ocean breeze so air conditioning was rarely needed, good proximity to bakery, restaurants, grocery store and Marigot, great views, nice private upstairs space gave good separation from the kids room downstairs, locals very friendly.

Internet was painfully slow at times, particularly with streaming Netflix, but even for just reading email and news feeds. The water situation was frustrating. The first week it was predictable, with water out around 9:30pm through 7:30am so we could plan around it. But the second week was problematic, as it could cut out as early as 2pm, and on other days it was around 4pm and 5pm. The first time this happened early we could not get dishes done so by the time the water came back on we had a stream of little ants into the sink. This disrupted our cooking plans, we so ended up going for takeout pizza as a backup a couple times. Could not shower when needed to so we had to swim in the pool to at least rinse off. Used water jugs with pool water to flush toilets.

Amazing views from both lower level and upstairs porch! Loved the dining area outside as well as all the lounge furniture on the porch. Views from the upstairs bedroom were amazing as well! We enjoyed our stay here very much!

I'd like more comfortable furniture as far as the living room goes. Would be nice to have a few American TV Channels as an option.

Just a perfect and spacious place with astonishing views on the sea and the private beach. The owner took care of every single detail in the house, so we did not miss anything there. The house is located in the closed residential area with private beach and swimming pool, accessible only for the residents. So, very safe, quiet and well-kept place.

Location is perfect, the place is amazing just right in font of the beach, andy and elisa are amazing too. place is beautiful has everything you need.

The only thing is that to get into the ocean you have to be careful with the rocks and glasses on the beach.
