We all had a great time. Garden and pool great for the children, beach excellent. Small supermarket and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen not really big enough and main appliances could do with being upgraded. Zoo Marine not far, and was a big hit with the children.

This is a lovely well equipped villa , catering for a large family. We were 3 generations with children aged from 6-13. The garden was lovely and had lots of natural shade. We played table tennis,darts and boules The beach was a short walk away with a little snack bar and sun beds. The children spent a lot of time surf boarding, making sand castles and playing games. An excellent Italian restaurant is 200 yds away and a bakery opposite! We can recommend the visit to Bengali caves and dolphins at Albufeira. We were in a speed boat and managed to see lots of dolphins. Can also recommend the Zoomarine park. Thanks to Ana for making our stay so comfortable and such a memorable week.

This is a nice house close to an excellent beach and within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants. Best bits: excellent wide beach with nice beach cafe/bar just a few minutes walk from the house; supermarket just a few minutes’ walk away; nice enclosed garden; good location for day trips; internet worked well and ping-pong table was popular. Other comments: it took ages for the water to heat up in the downstairs bathrooms; the kitchen is small for a house with this number of bedrooms; and the pool is lovely but quite small (also, at its deepest, an adult can still stand up). Overall, this is a nice house and we were pleased with it. Ana and Antonio were hospitable and responsive.

10 of us (7 adults, 3 kids) stayed at this home for 10 days. It’s a great house with a lovely garden and pool. Falésia beach is a 5 minute walk, maybe less. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. There is a nice cafe / snack shack right on the beach too. The house is a great size and there was enough space for all 10 of us. The bedrooms are nice and there are 5 bathrooms, enough for everyone. Ana and Anotinio are great hosts. There helped organize transport to their home, offered up lots of recommendations for activities and restaurants. They are very responsive and answered all of our questions. If you’re looking for somewhere to truly relax, this is the place.

We really enjoyed our stay in the villa, travelling with family there was plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 small children. The villa was well equipped and beach towels were also available. The beach was about 10 minutes walk away and there were a few restaurants within a few minutes walk and more in the main town square about 20 minutes walk away. The hosts were responsive and easy to contact if needed. Great garden with lots of space and activities and secure so really good for children and private too. There were lots of books and games. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Comfortable beds and we would stay in the villa again and happy to recommend it.

Beautiful home and loved the pool and outdoor space. Reasonable restaurants locally and a taxi to Vilamoura is recommended for a wider choice

Amazing family holiday house for all ages. Great outside area. House was fully furnished with all you need. Great beach 5 min walk away from property. Very safe and quiet area. We asked our host to decorate for a 7 year old birthday when we arrive and they did an amazing job! We will definitely be back!

On first approach the area seems disappointing with the brooding mass of the closed hotel of which the villas once formed a part but the irony is that the fact it was closed was a major blessing. Not the gaudy hustle and bustle of Albufeira but a charming locale with good tapas bar and bakery adjacent and an adequate supply of shops and restaurants a 2 minute drive away. The villa was perfect for our three generations with all amenities one could want and a glorious garden in which to luxuriate ...and the beach and the wonderful beach bar which as good as any I have ever been to. Finally the hosts Ana and Antonio could not be more welcoming or obliging Give yourselves a treat - book it

The exterior of the villa is spectacular, the garden, pool and patio areas were just perfect for our needs. The large pine tree provides lots of shade on the hot days. The location is great, easily walkable to the beach and a few restaurants etc. We had 3 x 3 year olds with us and the place was just perfect for them, lots of space to run about and the pool was fantastic. Ana & Antonio were also very helpful both prior to and during out stay. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Our family had a fabulous stay at this lovely villa. Our group including adults, young adult children and kids. The outdoor space is amazing with a beautiful pool, perfect for the kids, large dinning area, and comfortable shady areas. The kids loved playing ping pong in the back as well. The rooms were comfortable but a bit small, but honestly, we spent most of our time outside. The house is a short walk to a gorgeous beach with chairs to rent and a snack bar. Cute restaurants near-by and easy access to grocery stores. This is the perfect location to explore the algarve.

Wonderful house, location, and facilities for families (pool, ping pong table, bbq). The hosts - Ana and her husband - really thought along with us and got us some groceries when we arrived after supermarket opening hours. Strongly recommend for all families

Wir hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Es war genauso wie wir es uns erwünscht haben. Die Vermieter sind super herzlich und zuverlässig! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison agréable , décoration charmante, jardin et piscine parfaits, plage à 7 min à pied chemin facil avec enfants petits.Cependant l hotel étant fermé l' environnement est décevant.

Excecional! Começo por dar os Parabéns aos anfitriões, pois desde a marcação do alojamento, à entrega da chave, demonstraram sempre uma disponibilidade e simpatia de louvar. Não é fácil encontrar uma casa de férias para uma família de 12 pessoas! Após alguma pesquisa, encontrámos uma que preenche todos os requisitos que necessitávamos: Espaço, localização e conforto. Quando chegámos à casa confirmámos que tínhamos tomado a decisão correta! Uma casa completamente equipada (com tudo o que possamos imaginar e precisar para lavar e cozinhar), mobiliada (com um gosto enorme e pormenores que fazem a diferença), áreas grandes (quartos, WC’s), com um jardim espaçoso que integra uma zona de refeição exterior completamente adequada ao número de pessoas, cama, espreguiçadeiras, piscina, balouço e zona de churrasco. De realçar também todo o cuidado com a limpeza e higiene que os proprietários demonstraram ter, pois estava impecável (todas as camas tinham roupa lavada e toalhas). A casa encontra-se assim muito bem localizada (entre Albufeira e Vilamoura). Apenas a 4 minutos a pé da praia (o que é ótimo!), numa zona muito tranquila e familiar. Fica perto de cafés e restaurante, supermercado (onde íamos buscar o pão quente todas os dias 😊). A 5 min de carro, fica também uma zona de restauração muito agradável. Assim, damos a pontuação máxima a esta estadia e uma vez mais um agradecimento aos anfitriões, que são pessoas impecáveis e que rapidamente se confia para que possamos repetir as ferias no mesmo sítio

El alojamiento está muy bien y tiene una ubicación estupenda. Sólo un problema uno de los servicios (4 camas) tenía algunas deficiencias que se deberían subsanar.

Mooi huis met meer dan genoeg ruimte voor een groot gezelschap. Heerlijke tuin, keuken heel goed uitgerust, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Fijne bedden. Goede uitvalsbasis voor het bezoek van verschillende plaatsen en strandjes. Wel een auto nodig. Fijn en vlot contact met Ana.

Lovely villa for a large family gathering. We had a wonderful time.

The villa is perfect for large groups of friends or family. It's fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, each room has it's own bathroom. Set in a pretty garden, there is plenty of outdoor seating/sun loungers, the pool was fantastic, everything was very clean and well kept. We were a family group of mixed ages from 19-50 yrs, we caught taxis into either Albufeira or Vilamoura in the evenings. The villa is in between both towns, about 15 mins drive away approx €16 in a taxi. There are some bars/restaurants a short walk away if you want to stay local and the beautiful beach is a 5 min walk from the villa. It really is in the perfect location, in a quiet edge of a spa hotel complex with everything you need to hand. Contact with the hosts Ana and Antonio was a pleasure, very friendly and efficient. They accommodated us on a flexible check in/out where possible and provided us with lots of information on the surrounding areas. We did not have any issues at all during our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Lo que a esta casa le hace única es su maravilloso jardín y el refinado gusto y cuidado al detalle con el que está diseñado su interior - hamacas, figuras, cubiertos, sábanas, manteles...... Hemos estado muy cómodos a pesar de ser diez personas. La ubicación muy buena, y la playa y la naturalieza en general increibles. Gracias, Ana.

Bonnes prestations pour cette magnifique villa idéalement située pour profiter de la côte comme de l’intérieur des terres. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille et entre amis en retrait du tourisme de masse d’Albufeira. La proximité du club Alfamar a permis à nos ados de trouver des sources d’occupation. Une petite remarque cependant, la présence d’un minimum d’ingredients de cuisine n’auraient pas été superflus.

This is a fabulous villa for large number of people. Plenty of separate bedrooms with several bathrooms. A nice outdoor area with lots of sun beds. The hosts were excellent and was quick on answering on text messages and we're always making sure we had everything we needed.

Hello, We were 10 people in who lived in this fabulous villa. Very nice, cozy and with all the equipment you can imagine. Nice summer rooms and very good with bathroom to each room. Very good location near the sea and grocery store. We are very pleased and can warmly recommend this nice villa. Can imagine renting it again. Both Ana and Antonio were very accommodating and helpful, very good service. Will recommend it to all my friends.
