En plein cœur de la charmante marina de Gibraltar, Tradewinds a été construit en 2007 à un niveau élevé par Taylor Woodrow. Notre appartement a une vue agréable sur la piscine commune et l'hôtel et casino Sunborn, avec la marina et l'Espagne derrière. Presque tous les meubles et l'ameublement sont neufs et l'appartement a été entièrement redécoré récemment. Les planchers en bois massif, la climatisation, la Smart TV incurvée Samsung, la connexion Internet par fibre optique avec plus de 200 chaînes ne sont que quelques-unes des caractéristiques modernes de l'appartement.

A very well equipped apartment within Ocean Village. 15 minutes walk from the airport and 5 minutes to Casemates. Nadia was most accommodating in allowing us to enter the apartment earlier than the official check in time due to our early flight arrival. I cannot recommend this apartment strongly enough and look forward to booking another stay.

This was our third visit to this apartment and it never disappoints. It’s a great location in Gibraltar and the apartment has everything you need to make this a great place to stay. We will definitely be back 😃

The apartment is a short walk (10-15 min, across the runway, from the airport.
Overall comms from Nadia was good albeit with some slight delays. She arranged for us to have an early check in which was greatly appreciated.
Apartment was clean and a useful welcome pack was provided. Unfortunately there was an issue with the heating / aircon and Nadia was willing to arrange an additional heater but happily the temperature didn't fall as much as expected and we didn't need it.
There are many cafes, restaurant and bars nearby. This did generate some noise late in the evening but did quieten after 11 / 11:30 ...this was at a weekend, so not unsurprising or too much.
A little bit of maintenance is required in the flat with a couple of light bulbs missing and the dimmer in the bedroom not working fully.
The multi plug for phones, tablets etc was a useful addition.
Having stayed in many short term rentals the one element missing was a short "guide book" of things to see, places to eat etc. It also took a while to work out the TV , though voice control was useful!
Overall a great apartment for a short stay in Gibraltar. Recommend the dolphin trip (yellow boat), Gauchos (only a few mins walk) and a day wandering all the paces on the Rock

Fabulous apartment next to Ocean Village, close to numerous bars & restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and very clean. Bed was huge and very comfortable. The pool area was lovely and not that busy, which was perfect. Nadia the owner had a few issues with the air con, (which we were advised of in advance) but provided 2 air con units, one in the lounge and the other in the bedroom, which did their job. I would definitely use this apartment again should I return to Gibraltar.

The apartment was an easy 15min walk from the airport. Great location with lots of places to eat and Food Co supermarket just round the corner if you want some British favourites. Plane was diverted to Malaga on arrival but I just kept Zuzanna updated and even though I was hours late she was there to greet me. Thoroughly recommend.

The booking process from the start of our holiday to the end was promptly dealt with and we had a great time in this superb apartment. We would be more than happy to stay there again.

Excellent accommodation
Good central location , with all the restaurants near by.
The windows give a good level of sound proofing, and the property is tastefully decorated.
We walked to the property from the airport as it’s very close.
The owner was pleasant to deal with and we would stay again.

Great Apartment
Stayed here in May 22. The apartment is in the best location, right in Ocean Village and is exactly as described.
It is very big for a 1 bed apartment and has a view of the sea and even a bit of runway so you can see planes take off (it is very quiet though so no worries there)
The bed is super comfy and large and both the main living area and the bedroom have air conditioning.
There is a massive TV that you can sign into your own Netflix or Amazon prime and a really comfy couch. If felt like a home away from home. If we go back to Gibraltar I would definitely rent it again.

Could have been better
Perfect location, walking distance to airport and next to plenty bars and restaurants and a supermarket.
However, we had a few issues. Firstly, the pool was not in operation. I communicated this to the owner when we were there and was told it was to do with the dust/rain, however it would have been nice to have been told this prior to our arrival. Secondly, there was terrible noise from the apartment next door - clearly having some work done on the balcony. The noise and the dust made sitting out quite unbearable.
A few areas could have been improved on, for example - the sink in the toilet did not drain properly and the towels were terrible, they were very hard and rough and not pleasant at all.
Going by previous 5 star reviews, I expected something out of this world with this apartment - but it fell considerably short of 5 stars in my book.

Wonderful!
Another very enjoyable stay at this wonderful apartment. The location is ideal, just a 15 min walk from the airport (no need for a taxi) in the heart of Ocean Village with its bars and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortably furnished making it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break. Highly recommended!

Gibraltar Work/ Break Stay
We have stayed in this property before which was the reason for re-booking it. Its in the hub of things with bars and restaurants on the doorstep, but slide the doors closed and it peaceful. A comfortable and homely apartment and certainly better than a hotel room. Good internet connection for work/ social and a nice large TV.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. It’s just as described and is so close to everything! Really good communication with the property owner and the check in process was easy. The apartment is in a perfect location, so easy to walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely long weekend visiting family
We stay in Gib alot as we have children that live here, honestly it was once of the nicest apartments we've stayed in! Really bright and spacious, heated floors in the bathroom, lovely balcony, super comfy bed.
Host was really welcoming had a bottle of wine and a couple of beers waiting for us when we go there.
Didn't use the pool this time as it was a little cool but it was only the floor below, good if you like taking the stairs too.
It was that nice we actually spent most evenings in the apartment after dinner, looking out at ocean village.
We'd definitely stay again!

Ideal location and quality apartment with vibrant decor
Modern, decorated apartment that is ultra-comfortable and spacious. Excellent location near water-side restaurants and bars. Easily able to walk to Main Street and the Upper Rock Reserve. (We actually walked to Catalan Bay, Sandy Bay, Europa Point and around the Rock using the apartment as a base). Great views of the marina. Heating works well and the apartment was warm (including the bathroom). A nice colourful and vibrant apartment.
Having parking as an option for an extra 10 pounds a day is a bonus. The bay in the building is secure and easy to park in.

Outstanding Apartment
This is a well located, beautiful apartment. Communication with the owner was great. We were met when we arrived and given a great orientation to the apartment and Gibraltar. It had a beautiful view and is up scale. Very comfortable and great balcony and kitchen. Highly recommended.

Stunning apartment in fantastic location.
Very comfortable and well-equipped apartment in an exceptional location overlooking marina and Sunborn Yacht at Ocean Village. Excellent local facilities, e.g. supermarket, bars and restaurants, bus station and even the airport are all within a few minutes walk. Well-equipped kitchen, top quality TV and comfortable double bed. Balcony a real bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful accommodation, Great Location
The accommodation was very clean, tidy and modern, with 3 air conditioning units so lovely and cool. Handover was quick and thorough, with a few provisions in the fridge and tea and coffee. Location was minutes from Casemates square and main street; and even closer to bars/restaurants etc, yet not at all noisy. Overall excellent and would highly recommend.

This was one of the best apartments we have stayed in, the view from the sunny balcony was amazing.The apt. was very accomodating from the large lounge with large tv showing every channel you could wish for ,to the comfortable bed with plenty of clothes space.We did not eat in as the local bars where very cheap(£1.50 a pint and 2 x cocktails for £5)Suzzana was great and let us in early to leave our cases while we went for a walk
and a bite to eat.Would love to come back again.Thanks to Nadia for everything.

Lovely apartment in great location
This is our third stay at this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a most enjoyable stay. The view from the balcony is beautiful and sunny too. Modern building with swimming pool in a great location central to everything. We enjoy our stay here every time we are in Gibraltar.

We were mainly pleased with the property.
Cleanliness 7/10. Eg:
-debris under coffee table although not sure what it was.
-we didn't feel the cleanliness was as good as we would have expected. Not terrible but could have been better.
- communication with the owners was good up until the time we paid the full balance. After that it was sporadic despite numerous emails to both owners individually. We were caught up in BA cancellations. Owners gave us a free night although we did arrive 2 days later than planned,due to flight cancellations. Had to chase refundable deposit, subsequently it was paid within a week.

A Quality presented 1 Bedroom balcony flat in Central Position
Our stay in the flat was truly a pleasure with a very central position close to Main Street and its comprehensive shopping facilities and at the same time close to the marine pool and a great variety of quality restaurants and bars this pleasant accomadation benefited from air conditioning and was still quiet even with the buzz of activity around it and had a lovely sunny balcony .
Difficult to beat in anyway and hopefully there will be a chance to return in the future..

Great Weekend even though the weather was not so good
Suzanne met us and showed us the car parking and apartment which was lovely. All in good order, clean and tidy and in a prime location. Would certainly use again.

Fantastic apartment
Meet up with zuzane as planned at 2 o'clock , she took us up to the apartment to show us around and what an apartment , very clean and tidy , great views , welcome pack which included a couple of beers and a bottle of wine , it has a lovely balcony/ terrace which over looks ocean village and a good size pool . The apartment has everything you may need to make your stay a good one .
Well done Nadia and zuzane we had a great time and will be back .
