No soap in the bathroom towel a bit dump shower nothing to hung towels

Staff were really accomodating, the common areas were clean and the rooms also. Room cleaning service upon request was really nice. Laundry area and free use of washing machine on the 4th floor was really good.
Would be nice to have a set of plates, cups and utensils and a proper dish drying rack for the rooms with a mini kitchen. Also wish there was a toaster. The sofa bed wasn't functional.

very dirty, not even toilet paper is provided, no mirror, no change of towels, nobody is cleaning the room for ages, the fridge is smelly and stinky

place was dirty.kitchen utensils not washed properly.Water from the shower super weak . Blankets and towels are smelly .

The room is spacious. It is adequate if you need a place for a short term stay. The property is easy to locate.
It would be better if the showerwater pressure is stronger and if the air conditioning unit is a bit quieter.

room is dirty. filthy. sink is clogged. bathroom isnt flashing. its just not ideal for me...we decided to stay only for a night due to the home distance and all..
