Very elegant French hotel. Every thing was so classy and pretty. loved the aesthetics and the food. We had our New Year’s Eve dinner in the Victoria restaurant and it was the finest ever. Memorable stay.

The French reception who checked us in was extremely rude and unhelpful The heater didn’t work and we were hearing sounds of flushing all times and he refused to change the room We got sick cuz the lack of good room temperature

The location was great. Very clean room, beautiful hotel, inside and outside.

The bed was on the smaller side, pillows were pretty “flat” needed to add another one to sleep more comfortably.

The location was superb. Close to all the shopping places, safe and quiet.

I don’t like the fact there is no kettle in the room. Find it a hassle to ask from the restaurant e ready. Winter is cold and guest need to drink hot water more regularly so I hope the hotel will consider giving out hot water kettle in the rooms.this is so basic

I paid extra for a room with a view. on arrival I was advised I had the room with eifell tower view. and when I got to the room there was no view.. I understand there was construction and scaffolding from another building that was constructing it. but the hotel should have been aware and informed me. as otherwise I would have booked another hotel. was very disappointing and when addressed the issue to the staff they did not seem phased additionally I chose this hotel based on the images online of the bathrooms being modern. when arrived all bathrooms were nothing like the images and were wooden. again false advertisement. with these being two main factors as to why I booked this hotel, If I would have known these accurate details in advance I would have booked else where.

My room was above the kitchens and I was woken up at 5.45am as the extractor fan came on. I had gone to reception the evening before and said I was concerned about the noise, but was told not to worry, it wouldn't come on until after 7am. Disappointing to have a disrupted night's sleep.
