Staff behaviour and cleanliness in room.

Room was too small for the price paid. Swimming pool was too small to be used also it was not cleaned since ages. We did not get service in the night as we wanted water but no body picked up the call in reception or house keeping.

The location and staff support.

The swimming pool isnt good enough for a hotel of this stature.

The location was great, and the facilities were good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was very spacious. The bathroom and toilets were very clean and tidy which is a big plus point for me.

The shower would sometimes not have hot water and the windows of the room could do with some cleaning as there are bird droppings on the window which makes us not enjoy the beautiful view of Vaishali Nagar properly.

The Arrogant front office staff is not customer friendly

The behaviour and attitude of the front office staff in unacceptable being in hospitality industry Arrogance at its peak of the front office staff

We booked the rooms for our guest for my wedding and the worst thing this hotel did was they charged my guests for the breakfast in the morning I myself specially told the staff not to charge them anything with, and that we will pay everything at the time of check out, worst experience specially when booking for guests
