Perfekte Lage. Am Ende der Altstadt. Supermarkt und Bar gleich ums Eck. Daniele sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :-)

Eine schöne Wohnung, die Altstadt von Assisi ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist auch beim Haus. Mit dem Vermieter ist es super nett und unkompliziert! Einziger kleiner Nachteil: direkt an der Hauptstraße an der an manchen Tagen doch einiges an Verkehr ist

The apartment is fully equipped (we missed absolutely nothing), absolutely clean and ideally located, just 200 m from the old town. Daniele proved to be a very considerate and tactful host. If you plan to stay in Assisi for a few days, this is the perfect place.

Casa Elena was a beautiful place to stay. Daniele was a wonderful host. Our only regret was that we did not have more time to enjoy Casa Elena and Assisi.

Fantastica, curatissima nei particolari, comoda come posizione (la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino al centro ad Assisi vale oro); delizioso il piccolo giardino per un relax post visite: mio figlio lo ha scelto (anche se autunno) per studiare e fare i compiti. Tutto molto ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Cucina completa di tutto. Il nostro unico rimpianto: essere rimasti così poco.

My husband and I were guests at Casa Elena for two nights, and we both wish it was a longer stay. Sini Daniele was a generous and kind host, providing us with all the information we needed at the start of our time in Assisi, from suggestions on where to eat to how to navigate our way to the sites we most wanted to visit. It helped so much to have this orientation at the beginning of our stay. And Casa Elena, really it was better than the photos, because the photos don't capture how peaceful this place was. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed only a few minutes walk to the "old town" -- we couldn't have asked for a better location, apartment or host. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Thank you, Daniele.

Che dire... Posizione eccellente, servizi principali ad 1 minuto a piedi, proprietà curata nei dettagli, estremamente pulita, lenzuola fresche in un comodo letto, ariosa e spaziosa. La cucina è dotata di spezie, olio, sale, aceto, zucchero, caffè e tè. Plus, l'area esterna.. E le candele. Insomma, abbiamo vissuto in una cartolina, in quel di Assisi, luogo magico e lontano dal tempo. Grazie ad un paio di dritte da parte di Daniele abbiamo pranzato in un luogo caratteristico per palati esigenti. Il proprietario ci ha oltretutto omaggiati di un buonissimo olio autoctono. Nella proprietà è tutto studiato per far vivere un soggiorno rilassante e confortante, luogo che conserveremo. Grazie di tutto. Ogni bene.

Great location - Assisi is lovely and the house is in easy walking distance of everything. Comfortable, clean and cool - just what you want on holiday. Lovely little private terrace for sitting outside and a very friendly and helpful owner make this an ideal holiday rental. We loved our time here.

Casa Elena, scelta per una settimana di vacanza ad Assisi, ha pienamente soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. La casa è funzionale, arredata con gusto e ben rifinita. Impeccabile la pulizia, buona la connessione internet, tranquillo il contesto in cui si trova. Da evidenziare la posizione strategica che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi il centro e la disponibilità del posto auto davanti alla casa. L'accoglienza da parte del proprietario è stata squisita: si è dimostrato affabile e prodigo di consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Davvero da consigliare.

Casa Elena is just as charming in person as it is in the picture. The location is perfect: high up with a beautiful view, 1 minute walking distance from a market, and just a few minutes more to the entrance to the old city. Sini Daniele provided every we needed. He is also very response to messages. We had a great stay. Thank you, Sini Daniele!

This spot was all we could have wanted! The location is perfect for visiting Assisi. The apartment is clean and well appointed. Danielle was a very gracious host. He met us at the train station and gave us a lift to the apartment. Above and beyond, and very much appreciated. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Assisi and about our accommodation. My husband and I traveled over one month in Italy throughout the whole country. Daniele's apartment was far superior to any other apartment we stayed in. It was very clean, bright, comfortable and had everything we needed. Including parking. The apartment was quiet with a comfortable interior temperature. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent for exploring Assisi, very close to the gate into the old city. Furthermore, our host Daniele was by far the best host we have experienced. He truly cared about our happiness. We would highly recommend this property to anyone and would love to stay here again.

Daniele and Monica were really helpful during our stay, recommending places to eat and visit and available if any problems arose. The apartment was lovely, comfortable and everything you need was there that you needed. We would definitely come again!
