Beautiful property, located on the rolling hills of Tuscany. Good surroundings and tranquil atmosphere.

The rooms had less light and had too many issues - Air Conditioning not working, windows not closing properly, soap bottles in shower empty, a night lamp not working, non functional safe in the room. Expected better quality of customer experience in the room.

Frankly speaking the location is just over-charming, amongst peaceful and beautiful Tuscany nature. The service and staff are at very high level, everyone was extremely polite and friendly.

Great breakfasts - good quality and healthy food. Location was ok for us as we had a car - we've been travelling around. However with no car the location might not be very comfortable. There is a small "village" in which you can find mainly restaurants (which are rather poor quality). So you need to have a car - other way you will be staying only at the hotel.

Poor quality restaurants in the village - next to the hotel (however this is not the fault of the hotel). In general I reccomend eating in the hotel restaurants (not other). The main swimming pool was closed for 2 days due to wedding that took place in the main building - it was closed for other guests not for wedding guests. In my opinion such situation should not happen for two days - one day is maximum. Taking into consideration the fact that we've been there for 7 days. High prices in the hotel restaurants.

It was a very unique and beautiful place to go. The service was exceptional and we loved the staff there. 

Excellent Pineapple juice was the best I have ever had.

We loved the layout of our borgo apartment and how quiet the resort was during our stay. The pool was right behind our room and the apartments were located in a small village that had additional restaurants.

The drive to go visit other wineries or leave the property was a little further than I would have liked.

the rooms were incredible but there was a lot of noise from people walking past and could hear water from showers from rooms above which I found weird for such a luxury hotel
