Gréât place, bad management employee attitude
The property was actually thé gréât surprise! Happy to see there were two toilets, one per floor, which made navigating extremely narrow staircase safer at night. The dishwasher was definitely too small: pocket size. The pics are deceiving as the rooms are a LOT SMALLER than they appear on the site. However, it was a great place with three separate bedrooms upstairs alone and the place had been remodelled and looked awesome with direct views of M’ont Blanc. So overall: very happy with this place.
One staff member at the office was literally awful, impolite bordering on ignorance, and incompetent , refusing to answer basic questions particularly about parking, leaving us with no answers. She even laughed at us with clients?!?! For that reason , we would not go back! When you rent a unit, you expect the management team to be at least cordial. It s a shame as the owner obviously took pride in upgrading the unit. There is definitely a shortage of parking stalls inside the compound during peak season, as the shop owners confirmed, and that may partly account for the young lady refusing to give us simple information. The other staff members were polite and respectful.

great location
Great location, just right our favorite ski area Les Grands Montets that’s the reason we booked this appartment. They have 3 small rooms too that fits our needs.
Though the location is perfect but the accommodation miss a lot. To mention is the kitchen, when you’re a family of 5 people and you only have 3 small pans and 2 small frying pans 2 small induction pit, cooking is a struggle. after attempting to cook 2x I surrender we ate at the restaurant as it super incomplete kitchen, you miss a lot of basic kitchen utensils like serving spoon, frying spatula, kitchen towels and etc. and for 7days we only have 1 big towel and a small one per person, it’s unbelievable. The bedrooms are okay through its a small appartment you woke up in the middle of the night when someone’s using the bathroom, in short it’s noisy proof u hear everything from the other room.

Nice location with great Mont Blanc view
The location is really great near the ski slopes and close to center, bus and train stops, shopr and restaurants. It was nice apartment with view to Mont Blanc - really great you can have a look of this giant whenever you go out on the terrace. We have an issue with the dishwasher and it was repared in some hours slot which is great service.
The cleaness level was awful - seems like the carpets were never cleaned. There was dust all over the place. The fact is that when we complained they sent a person to do the cleaning but eventhough that is not acceptable for me.
