Charmant studio dans résidence calme,2em étage sans ascenseur, balcon, magnifique vue sur les DRUS, agréablement situé à proximité du village des PRAZ de ses commerces et restaurants, du golf, de la remontée mécanique de la Flégère.
La gare des PRAZ et arrêt de bus à 300 mètres vous permettront d’aller en en centre-ville ou plus.
Place de parking couverte , casier à skis.
1 pièce principale avec cuisine américaine,1 salle de bain, 1wc séparé
Couchage: 1canapé lit 2 places(140x190), 1 lit d appoint enfant (<12ans de préférence )
Equipement: 1lave-vaisselle, 1lave-linge,1 frigidaire,1 four mixte, 1 TV .wifi.
Linge de maison ( lit ou serviettes) non compris donc si besoin en faire la demande (tarif en sus)

Great communication with Elisabeth, this is the second time we have stayed here in a couple of months as a base to ski the chamonix valley.
The apartment location is perfect for access to walk to Flegere chair lift, les Praz centre and the train station that takes you up and down the valley.
The apartment whilst compact has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Not to mention the view out the window of the Aiguille du Dru Is breathtaking.

Quiet and peaceful area on the outskirts of Chamonix. 5-10 minute walk to the nearest bus/train stop. We were given a free bus/train pass by the landlord which allowed us to travel for free within the entire valley.
The apartment is perfect for two people. Everything you need is on site and some more.
Very clean and tidy.
Communication with the landlord worked perfectly and we received a very good reception with the necessary instructions upon arrival.
Really recommend this accommodation as it feels like we got very good value for money.
If we return to Chamonix this is the obvious choice for us.

The studio apartment is in a great location with a beautiful view of the Dru. The apartment has everything you need and was a good base from which to explore the valley. Good value for money, We would use it again.

A good base to explore and ski Chamonix valley for 1-2 people. Parking, Internet, everything I needed was there. The only possible improvement I'd mention is that towels would be nice. Not easy to find a respective store in a touristy ski town. Should be super easy to fix. Would stay again.

The studio was a decent size, even with the sofa bed (which was also very comfy) left folded out there was plenty of room. The bathroom was modern with a good shower and importantly for me the kitchen was fully functioning and well equipped with enough space to prepare meals .
And on a clear day you have a perfect view of the Dru from the balcony

Bed were kind of hard, woke up really sore, and also left some sheets for you guys!! Thanks again.

Very clean and quaint. Owner was very receptive to our late arrival. Perfect neighborhood.

Great quiet apartment close to really nice restaurants and a few bars.super handy for Flegere lift and within easy reach of chamonix town.10 mins by bus and a25 minute walk along the river. Apartment is compact and has everything one needs. It is good to note that bed linen and towels are not provided but there was plenty of blankets and the room was lovely and warm.
Worth a stay and very reasonably priced.

We loved our stay.
Communication was easy & helpful. The hosts gave us privacy but were available if we needed anything.
Located in a peaceful setting with beautiful views but not far from activities and villages.
We found the apartment clean, well equipped and comfortable.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to come again in the future.
