Very kind and friendly staff.

Lack of attention to details (no soap, no scissors, no proper coffee machine, no hair dryer, very low water pressure, stains in the shower etc.). At this price (over 580Euro per night for the apartment) I would really expect better.

Not “didn’t like”, but maybe a suggestion. I understand things like: towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towel, dish detergent (the essentials) were not provided for the whole stay, but for people like us, who travelled over 20 hours one way to get to Italy from Canada, it wasn’t ideal to go shopping for these items. Especially when you can’t just buy 2 of each, as usually those are sold in larger quantities at the stores. So maybe if the hosts would consider to include more of those things with the apartments or sell them individually at their front desk, would be a bit easier. Overall, super happy!

Room was very comfortable four our familly. Very good for larger family. Overall were happy.

Towels and soap and shampoo was not included. It was rather disapointment when you pay almost 500 eur per night.
