Apartment was spacious but furniture and general layout dated. The kitchen was a huge disappointment - evidence of grease/dirt on all cupboard doors. Had to was all delph and cutlery prior to use. Lack of lighting evident throughout with a significant number of blown bulbs.

Lovely and clean apartment right in the heart of Dungannon Close to all shops restaurants and bars, really enjoyed my stay here 100% recommend 👌

On arrival we weren’t impressed initially with the car park, it had rubbish lying in it and a rusty trolley in the corner and when we were greeted we were told that the blinds were broken and due to be fixed in the morning. When we got into the room there was a musty odour and the dishes were filthy and had to be washed before use. All in all was not impressed and will not be back, we were so unhappy with the room that we didn’t even stay there, after we got ready for the wedding we packed up our stuff, put it in our car and left the key back in the lock box. We also asked if the owner knew of any local taxi companies as when we had googled these no one answered the phone, we were then given a mobile number to try and when we did the guy answered and was confused as to why we were given his number and it made us very us comfortable.

Property is in great location, owner was very welcoming and we needed fro nutn , overall performance lil spot to get away with fiancee and catch wit 2 old friend , 100% will return

Armchairs and bed were ok

The studio is just above the wedding venue. A detail that is not present in the description. The floor was shaking the whole evening and part of the night due to laud music. Even strong earplugs were not able to deal with the music. We were not able to sleep, not to mention relaxing. Also the building itself looks quite ugly. The apartment is far from “luxurious”. It has not been left clean i.e. bin was full, dirty clothes were lying around. The stay was advertised as all inclusive but it didn’t include anything extra on top of standard accomodation (without meals). We were also worried about our car as on the parking lot children were running around with the cart and hitting other cars. On multiple occasions someone was trying to enter our apartment.
