This flat was a perfect place to stay for my husband , son, and I when we visited Brighton during Christmas break. It was a perfect location as it was close to the beach, store, and restaurant. The flat had everything we needed to feel like our home away for home. The owner, Sally communicated well through writing about the check in process and how to take care of her place. Beds were very comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed for 3 weeks - over the Thanksgiving holiday. The place was perfect. Nicely decorated, cozy, everything was considered (even converters for us US guests), umbrella, etc. Good water pressure in the shower. Really nice having a washing machine - especially staying 3 weeks. I loved the ground floor - easy to get in, it was a pinch higher than street view so your not in a fishbowl. I would never stay in a basement flat as I feel they are dark and nice not having to climb stairs with luggage. A great view of the ocean! An easy 25 min walk to city center. Quiet and safe area. I cooked a Thanksgiving meal and there was everything I needed to use to cool. Wifi was fast. I would absolutely stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and charmingly decorated. The open living room with beautiful high ceilings and well-equipped kitchen allowed us to spend a lot of time there together without feeling cramped. We really appreciated this as we were visiting with family from abroad and wanted to spend as much time together as we could. The parking situation caused some trouble at times, especially as it was a long weekend. The price of parking had increased drastically from £5/day when we booked to £7.60/day at the time of our stay. It was also often difficult to find a spot, but unfortunately there was no local parking permit available for guests to use. Overall though it was a lovely place to stay.

Sara's flat was everything and more: beautiful decor, spacious, bright, comfortable and brilliant location. We could not have asked for more and would be happy to return in a heartbeat.

Really worth checking this property out, i already left a review but forgot to mention that it’s right by the sea! We loved staying there last month so decided to come again!

In September we mentioned that the towels were very rough ! That has been rectified , fabulous now, thank you . Terry the holder of the keys , proved himself on one evening when we had lost the keys ! He was ready to come to our rescue , we then found the keys and we remain grateful ! Sadly , we found the flat very cold , so will keep our visits to summer .

This flat is better in real life than in pictures! It’s really cosy, warm, bright, and a very good size. The interior design is lovely, the rooms are well apart from each other and there is also quite a big garden! Very happy with our choice

A lovely apartment in a wonderful location, with views of the sea from the bay window and a perfect base from which to explore Kemp Town. The apartment was extremely well appointed, providing everything you could need to make it a home from home. Everything was very comfortable and it was a lovely place to relax. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well maintained and serviced. All in all, a great experience and I can't recommend the apartment highly enough.

We found the flat just as described on-line . It was perfection as far as we wanted and expected . Sally and Terry the cleaner were both very kind and and helpful. Our only criticism and its minor would be the towels were like sand paper, but they gave my skin a good scrubbing !

Nice property but looking a little tired in places , carpets need cleaning or replacing , second bedroom very tight for space ,very hard beds .

Fantastic location. Whole city is walkable, Kemptown is lovely and you can see the sea through the front windows. Really well equipped and designed apartment. We all absolutely loved it. Thank you.

Overall the appartment suited our needs during our stay. The beds were very comfy and the garden area is lovely to enjoy lunch. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean however we found the kitchen in need of a good deep clean but we didn't use it often. The appartment is in a great area with plenty to see and do!

This was our third stay in Sally’s flat and, as usual, it was superb. Fantastic location for either walking or catching a bus to town or surrounding area. Lots of stores, restaurants and pubs within walking distance as well. Manager Terry was so sweet to prepare the flat early so we could get in and sleep after traveling overnight. Really clean, comfy beds and sitting area. We did not really cook but kitchen has what you need to do so. Hope to stay again! Book this place, you won’t regret it!

very quiet location, very relaxing colour schemes and cosy, love the welcome basket and the fact that essential basic food items are left such as pasta, rice, tea, herbs and spices and plant based milk!!

Lovely homely, well equipped flat. Great location with shops, seafront and bars close by. Would definitely recommend.

The flat was extremely comfortable with all that we needed for our stay. It is in a very convenient area, close to restaurants and the Marina. We did not find parking difficult once we got to know the streets around us.

Could have well given 5 stars. Maintenance man was very helpful. Would like to come again. Down side expensive, and hall gloomy and down market. Location very good for everything.

Various surprises such as the welcome basket, the accommodation very close to the sea. Everything we did and wanted to do was in comfortable walking distance.

Enjoyable stay. Very comfortable flat. Shops etc. near by and transport was excellent. Only criticism is that the second bedroom, bed was not made up on arrival, and the bedroom was very small with the bed extended to full width!

My wife and I had a wonderful 3-night stay in the apartment. It is very clean and decorated very tastefully and with the buildings age in mind. Sally provided everything that you need to relax and enjoy your stay. The local area has everything that you need, so much so that we never bothered going into Brighton centre! All in all I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday weekend which was made so much better by staying in this lovely accommodation. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Sally.

Beautiful apartment. Great location right near beach, 10 minute walk to marina and the other direction the pier. Apartment is very homely with everything you may need for a break away. We had lovely weather so also got to use the decked area outside, a perfect sun trap. I would highly recommend.

The position of the flat is ideal; quiet, near the sea and a very pleasant walk along the front to the town. We love the Regency architecture of this area, the flat has lovely high ceilings and is beautifully decorated and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped and with a few good shops and take- aways around the corner (including a good bio one) it's easy to self cater. The beds and bedding are very confortable and we appreciated the heating in March. There is a lovely courtyard at the back which we didn't use because it was a bit chilly, but which would be lovely in the summer. There are also frequent buses from the top and bottom of the road to the town and the station.

I came down to Brighton for a week and stayed in this fabulous flat. It was absolutely stunning, bright, spacious and just a stones throw from the beach. It's a great position, with some fabulous bars and cafes round the corner. The beach this end of Brighton is lovely and peaceful, though it's a relatively short walk to the hub bub if you want it. The beds were really comfortable, the curtains really well lined and with such a peaceful location I slept like a log. The flat itself was beautifully presented and it felt like a really loved home. Big, spacious with amazing tall ceilings, it felt almost palatial!
