lovely hotel

Simple room with a very small balcony. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.The W-lan worked well. The price was defently worth it.
The armoire smelled horrible, and the hotel don't have a restaurant or a bistro.

Everything was lovely, the staff were fantastic and friendly, a family owned business, it was nice to see the children in the mornings doing school work and playing in the pool. They let us keep our bags there before check-in and after check out. Thank you!
Our room didn't have a fridge to keep water cold but it didn't matter to us as we only stayed for a couple of nights.

Hotel is nice but when we used the pool the receptionist and some people sat on top of a little balcony and it felt a unconformable.

The room was spacious and the bed was good. The balcony was very relaxing to wake up to with an ocean view.

Ocean is just a 10 minute walk. Hotel is situated in the old centre.
The pool is useless as there is no sun for the majority of the day.
There is a construction site right across from the hotel, which is very noisy. If that does not wake you up, the rooster in the same street will (5-6 pm every morning).
Walls are very thin. You can hear your neighbors.
No elevator if you have many bags and the road up to the hotel is very steep.

I like the location. It’s only a 10-20 minute walk to most things or a cheap collectivo/cab ride a way. The staff are very friendly. I had arrived at the bus station early in the morning and they held my bags for me. It is pretty quiet, compared to most places in Puerto. The wifi was pretty consistent for the most part and there was good hot water in the shower. They come and change your towels and clean your room daily, if that is important to you! Soap is supplied.
There was a lot of street light coming into the room, so black out curtains would be nice. I was fine with it though.

Great place and location. Short walking distance to kid friendly beaches as well as shops and food. Daily room cleaning, nice staff.
The only downside was when a large extended family came through they were shouting, slamming doors, several even opened our door until late in the evening. Adults camped outside our door to have loud animated conversations. People - it's nearly midnight, go talk in your rooms and tell your kids to quit slamming every single door! The lack of care for other people was frustrating.

Tucked away in the quiet streets, yet closely located to the beaches and little eateries and near to the main road for collectivos to Zipolite. It’s an excellent hotel. The staff are lovely and really accommodating - kindly let us leave our bags for a couple of days when we went to Chacahua. Daily house keeping - fresh towels and bedding. We had a lovely stay over the New Year. Would highly recommend.
