Extremely convenient location, easy walking distance to anywhere in the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible!

There was some construction noise nearby, but obviously the property owners do not control that. The shower leaks some water onto the bathroom floor when in use. Overall very minor problems, great place!

The only thing that could make it better would be the ability to do laundry on site.

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We had everything we needed and just an easy one block walk to get to the center of La Fortuna. Extremely comfortable for our family to spread out with adjoining apartments. I didn't realize it would be like that when I booked, but I thought it was great!

I have no suggested improvements for these family business owners. We will stay there again when we go back to La Fortuna.

Very loud when it rained and shower wasn’t particularly powerful/strange angle. Location was further out than other places so taxi’s were not aware of it.

The apartment was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies and tools for cooking including a stove top, microwave, and coffee maker. The location was within the neighborhood amongst locals and other hotels so you get to experience how the local Costa Ricans live and it was great to get to interact with very kind and friendly people. You are close to all the main attractions in Arenal and Fortuna. Patricia the owner was very communicative and reached out several times on whats app to ensure our stay was comfortable. This apartment was perfect and I would highly recommend it.

The location is very central, the apartment is big and has everything to cook and there is a secure parking lot available. We enjoyed our stay there and didn't miss a thing.

Nice little appartment with confy bed and equiped kitchen, located 5-10min walk from the main square. Air conditioning in the room as well as large windows. Private parking.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor, no AC in the living area, and there was a large amount of tiny spiders and ants on the dinning table, some pest control might be in order. The neighbors were pretty noisy, singing all night.

We loved everything. From the beginning, Patricia reached out to us, giving us the exact location of the apartments, she was punctually waiting for us there to hand out the keys and show us the apartment. They are spotless clean, the AC works perfectly, the kitchen is well equiped. The location is great, no so close to the main square but close enough to walk. Closed private parking is available. We came here after some loudly nights at a hostel in Puerto Viejo so this kind of quiet was all we needed. Thank you very much Patricia! We wish every apartment were like that one

Amazing spacious apartment in a very very central location. Patricia and Cesar were super responsive and even waited for us when we had a much later than expected check in. Would 100% recommend.

I don’t know if it was the previous person who was staying there who was cooking a lot but there was a very strong onion smell that we couldn’t get rid of. Very minor inconvenience that a bit of air freshener fixed.

Very central location, but still quiet. Very friendly helpful staff, reasonable price, good vibe. Would stay here again.
