The security at the main door needs to improve. Difficult to open padlock. A tough exercise.

Nothing much. Some things were difficult to evaluate with every thing closed for a week during Tet. But, during Tet, the best things were outside - a 24hr coffee shop (NO food), a basic pho café for breakfast or lunch, and a very tasty licensed restaurant, all virtually next door, and banks (closed) and ATMS just across the road.

The weird thing is that this property would rate far better with very little effort. There as just been no real attempt to make it 'liveable'. one problem is that the Host seems extremely stupid as he doesn't ever seem to realise the difficulties he himself has created, 1. NO microwave. Something the Host didn't seem to understand was both inexplicable and extremely inconvenient. 2. Very confusing light switches. There was just no way of telling what any one switch of the plethora of switches did. 3. The way of getting in and out of entrance of units was very difficult. you had to unlock a large padlock on the other side of the door, trying to get the key into padlock through a small gap in gate door. and by the way, if you dropped key why you were trying this you would be completely screwed. And the host puts on an extra entrance padlock after hours, for which you have no key, so if there was a fire at night, bad luck. 4. more on the switches. although was the usual card based electronic lock, there was also additional unidentified manual switches that had to be on for a/c to work. 5. there was only a fan in main living area, no A/C, and the area was stultifying. 6, Don't expect cups , wine glasses (or bottle openers) here. there is the very barest of dining equipment here (except for plates). so many missing items it was somewhat laughable, but very annoying. 7. and don't expect anything milk, water etc, in fridge 8. only ONE very small rubbish bag/bin. and no instructions about what to do about it when it was full. and certainly no-one clears it. 9. No wardrobe or clothes storage in the front bedroom, and very noisy; so actually the second bedroom with less noise and a wardrobe is the better option. 10. The Host basically does not speak English; but much worse, doesn't the vaguest concept of 'hospitality'.

Apt was good size

Too noisy being on a very very busy road, locality not good with a steel vdndor shop dowstairs cuttong ststeel all day adding to noise & pollution
