We were on vacation in Southern California for a week and were lucky enough to be able to spend our first two nights in this beautiful home. Our host was gracious and left water, beer and wine for our enjoyment. The bed was super comfortable and the views were amazing. We would most definitely stay here again.

Everything was exactly as advertised. There was an issue with the WiFi - which was not the owner's fault at all. It just happened when we were there - just our luck ... However, she was extremely helpful, and responsive and helped in every way possible and we resolved the issue. We will stay there again for sure if the opportunity arises. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was as described. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful gardens and great outlook over the ocean.

It’s a lovely property however I was unaware how close it was to the owner’s home - right next to it! So it didn’t feel very private, particularly for honeymooners (which the host was aware of). The pool and jacuzzi (it isn’t a hot tub - it doesn’t get hot) are behind their home, so it felt very awkward using them knowing there were people right there. They also had children / visitors while we were there, so that was also awkward when you’re in swimwear and a child suddenly appears and then they’re running about and shouting (I realise that’s what kids do but I wasn’t expecting any other people, let alone kids, to be there). My husband didn’t feel comfortable going outside when others were there, so we didn’t actually explore the gardens as it felt like we were intruding. So it wasn’t quite the perfect honeymoon find I thought it was going to be! The road noise is of course very loud, as expected, but was actually far worse than expected. It was impossible to relax outside during the day, the traffic is constant. If you’re used to traffic noise you might not think it’s so bad, but we’re not. The welcome basket was very nice and the property itself gorgeous inside, with a nice living area and his and hers bathroom with walk in wardrobe, ideal for us to hang up some of our evening wear. It was a pleasant enough base for what we wanted to do and see in California but not quite the private retreat the listing implied so for this reason we wouldn’t select it again.

Loved staying here, incredible views, great location and the gardens were stunning. Everything was as described, very comfortable and was not lacking in anything. Would stay again and definitely recommend!

I booked this property to decompress after the Stagecoach country music festival. It was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous, the views were amazing, and it was right down the street from the best beaches in Malibu. Highly recommend trying Vintage Grocers if you book a stay here. Great food. The Burrito bowls are delicious.

Perfect stay for us.

My husband and I were looking to just get away and relax. Olivia’s place was the perfect spot for that. Close to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The patio overlooking the ocean was amazing. Olivia was super sweet and helpful. Had a great time. Thanks Olivia!

Lovely coastal retreat with ocean views. Beautiful private property & gardens. House was very comfortable, clean, well stocked to check in and enjoy!

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was seamless, the rental was light and airy with amazing views. This is a great place to relax with a beautiful garden. We did not use the pool and hot tub but they looked lovely. We liked the peacefulness and location. Olivia is a great host and very helpful. We will be back!!

Perfect perfect perfect!

We had a great stay in this Malibu apartment that sits on a beautiful property. My family came directly from the airport (about 45 mins) at night and the check-in process was super easy. The owner lives in a separate house onsite, but was nothing but helpful when we needed it, and otherwise invisible. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the views were beautiful, and the pool/hot tub were fun additions. Thanks for a wonderful two night stay.

We had an AMAZING time here! This was our 2nd time staying here and we had a blast, and will definitely be back! The place was clean, the views were amazing, and we felt totally comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!!

Great place Only downside is that it is not on the beachside of the highway. :-( Traffic can get kind of tricky.

Phenomenal views both inside and out. Very clean and spacious. It is close to everything- beach, restaurants, grocery but just enjoying the beautiful secure grounds is a treat. Olivia has thought of everything you may need and was readily available for any recommendations. Will stay here again next time we are passing through.

Great location, views forever, close to Zuma Beach. House was clear, well stock, easy access. Our second stay, it will not be our last.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Larger, better equipped, nicer views, and views from every room. It’s just of PCH so maybe but nosier than I expected but I enjoyed being so close to the ocean. It was a total “wow” for me.

It was my husband and I. We stayed for six days and will definitely return. Property was exactly as described and beautiful. The welcome basket and robes were a plus and well received.The beach is directly across the street and we would walk in the morning and evening on the beach. Great grocery store down the road and easy to get around on the highways.

Just as listed. We were there in Malibu for a wedding. Very relaxing and quiet away from downtown Malibu.

We alternated days between the beach and outings to family attractions. The home location was great with the beach minutes away and even Disney was an easy 75 minute drive. Olivia and Tom were very friendly and their home is beautiful with a nice swimming pool and gardens all around. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the LA area.

Nice place, lot of items to do around

This was my fourth time booking this beautiful spot and I will definitely be back. No complaints, it’s like a dream!

My husband and I stayed at this property in early May. Check in process was very easy with no issues. The property was the perfect size for my husband and I, as it was not too small or too big. The grounds of this property are beautiful with many flowers and greenery. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There are plenty of towels and extra blankets. The bed was very comfortable. The views from the balcony were stunning and the location of the property was perfect for us. When we arrived at the property the owner had provided us with a welcome basket filled with a bottle of wine, some beer and water, already chilled, which was a pleasant surprise. We really enjoyed our time at this lovely property and would definitely return.
