Une maison nouvellement construite de 4 chambres, 5. 5 salles de bains, située sur Union Street, à deux rues du centre de Main Street. Une promenade facile aux magasins, restaurants, quai et ferry. Toute nouvelle construction avec la plus haute qualité d'appareils et de pics du port de Nantucket depuis le troisième étage.
Vous entrez dans la maison au premier étage qui a une salle familiale ouverte, salle à manger et demi-bain. La cuisine s'ouvre sur la salle familiale et se trouve juste à côté d'un ensemble de portes-fenêtres qui mène à un patio extérieur. Le patio extérieur dispose d'une table, d'un coin salon et d'un barbecue à gaz. Il y a aussi une place de stationnement à utiliser directement à la maison pour votre commodité.
Le deuxième étage comprend trois chambres toutes décorées récemment et toutes avec salle de bains privative. La chambre principale à cet étage dispose d'un lit king.
Le troisième étage comprend une petite table séparée, un coin salon et la quatrième chambre. Cette chambre a des lits jumeaux et une salle de bain complète séparée est également à cet étage.
Le sous-sol de la maison a une porte d'entrée séparée et une deuxième salle familiale avec des fenêtres. Il y a une salle de bain complète située dans la deuxième salle familiale. Une buanderie avec deux laveuses et deux sécheuses est également située à ce niveau pour votre usage.
Toute la maison est entièrement climatisée avec un système Nest et un système de haut-parleurs sans fil Sonos.

This is our second stay at this property. With four en suite bedrooms, and every modern amenity--it is a perfect set-up for couples or families. We love the location-just a few steps from town. Danielle-the owner/manager is simply fabulous. She responds to inquiries almost immediately and does her best to accommodate any of our special requests. I hope we can have many more stays at this wonderful home.

My Daughter got married on island and I needed a house for my family visiting from Michigan. My family had never been to ACK so I wanted something special. I wanted to be in town so everyone could be on their own while I was busy with wedding 'stuff'. The location was perfect. Everyone had their own space, their own bathrooms, etc. It was perfect in everyway.

We had an amazing time at this house. It was my husband and I with two adult children in their late 20’s and early 30’s, their significant others and one teenager and one “tween.“
The house was absolutely immaculate. Each of us had our own bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the teens had the uppermost floor with their own sitting area as well as their own bedroom and bathroom.
There are basically two seating areas/family rooms, which was great when the younger kids wanted to go downstairs and watch a movie/play on their iPads. The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked and the open floor plan was wonderful.
The house is a very short walk into town, which was awesome because we were able to everything. There is a nice parking spot immediately adjacent to the house which was very helpful to not have to park on the street.
I loved this house and our time here and I would absolutely recommend staying here. We would definitely return.

I having been raving about Danielle's home since the moment we checked in. Every detail is exactly as it appears in the photographs and there was more than enough space for the nine of us that spent four nights there. The house is incredibly clean and the location could not be more perfect. I can't wait to go back!

This is our second visit to this amazing home only steps from Nantucket’s historically beautiful town/ restaurants and shopping. Outstanding location. The only slight drawback was that the cleaning crew was an hour behind so we couldn’t check in until 5pm. Would recommended and stay here again.

Everything about 10 Union Street is perfect. The home is beautiful with top of the line appliances, an awesome grill, and everything you need for a day on the beach. The set up was ideal for our family with college kids on the top floor, couples on the 2nd floor, and an adult guest in the finished walkout basement with a private bathroom. The location couldn't be better, only a two minute walk to town but utterly quiet at night sitting on the pack patio. Danielle was incredibly responsive answering emails within minutes when we had a small issue. We are planning to return next summer and wouldn't consider renting anywhere else!

July 4th on Nantucket
The house is fabulous and the location was the best because we did not have a car. We could walk to the grocery store, stores and restaurants. We love to cook and the high end kitchen was perfect for us. And the back patio was perfect for dinner outside, and it was a great escape from indoors. We would highly recommend this home and would love to stay here again.

We have rented 8 or more wonderful homes on Nantucket over the past 15 years, but Nantucket Town ranks#1. Communication with Danielle, both before and during our stay-was excellent. She almost always responded within minutes. The layout of the home, the condition, the amenities and the location were all exceptional....We hope to return again soon.

11R Union Street is a beautifully appointed new build just steps from Main Street. The best part…a parking spot! Everything in the house is new and clean, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We will be back for sure.

Great location….we love walking to town for morning coffee and dinner. The house is new, clean, with plenty of room for 7 adults and a 3 year old. (The toy box was an added bonus).
Our favorite feature in the shared living space is the large round table. Loved it! Will definitely stay again

Amazing rental!
We loved this house! Large bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the great open layout on the main floor made it so easy to enjoy with our family of 4 and their 2 friends . Loved the decor , comfy couches, the big round dining table and nice patio and having 2 top of the line washer and dryers in basement! We cooked in a lot at the house but also liked being right in town to eat at nearby restaurants. The house had everything we needed.

Location Can't Be Beat!
This beautifully appointed, newly renovated home on Union St. was the perfect "home base" for our family. Just steps from town and the harbor, the location allowed us to walk nearly everywhere! And, for our day trips to Surfside, Steps/Cliff, and Madaket, the drive was so simple! Easy in and out of Union Street and close proximity to "major" island roads. Beyond the amazing location, the house is lovely and very comfortable. Looking forward to returning to this gem in Nantucket town.

Pandemic Escape!
It was our first getaway in nearly 6 months and a wonderful change of scenery. The home's location is a perfect 10 if you love Main Street on Nantucket. The proximity to everything you could possibly need is ideal. The home's AC was superb - we had a humid week and the home was always incredibly comfortable. All the amenities of the house were wonderful. We did bring our own beach umbrella which is extra large and commercial grade and used the chairs provided by the owner. Danielle, the owner, was fantastic. Incredibly responsive and accommodating when we had to move our week due to colleges changing start dates. I would highly recommend 11R Union Street! I only wish we were able to stay 2 weeks!

Beautiful, new in Town house!
We had a great stay at 11R Union, which is one block off Main St., in early July 2020. The house was recently built so is in excellent condition. 4 level house with one BR with full bath and sitting room on top level, 3 ensuite BRs on 2nd floor, large kitchen, LR and DR with round table that will seat 10. Walkout basement had ensuite BR (pullout couch)/TV room, laundry room, storage. Backyard has outdoor dining area and couch and chairs for sitting outside plus Weber gas grill.
We are a family of 4 so the large house allowed space for everyone to "work from home" but close enough to Town to run for coffee or lunch during the day or for dinner. So central that friends would come by to say hello when they visited Town. We highly recommend 11R.

An ACK dream
It was the first deep breath we took in many months. And upon entering this gorgeous home, pristine and perfectly located on glorious Nantucket, we could not be more happy and relieved to be in such a special place for vacation. By day two we were already planning our next trip and stay back at this home just steps from the Lobster Trap, a beautiful home decor home called Bodega, and of course every evening ended with Jack and Charlies Ice Cream. We cannot wait to come back. If I could give it more stars I would.
