Katymary could not have been more helpful. The property was as lovely and as described with all the extra touches of the welcome hamper and cycles really appreciated. The location is nice and quiet to enjoy a relaxing holiday and nothing was too much trouble for the host. Very helpful information before visit and during. We really appreciated the maintenance of the pool also.

We spent a short week with two families of four in the house. All teenage kids had a very good time playing basketball, table tennis, swimming and soaking in the jacuzzi. The adults enjoyed the billiards, the bbq, the deck and the various corners in the garden to relax and chat. The house is comfortable and Katymary - the house manager - was very nice and helpful. Checking in with us during our stay to see if everything was all right. Also she gave nice advice on where to eat and what to do. The only thing that was not so nice were the mosquitoes which were pretty bad. We had.an amazing stay and made really nice new memories!

Very nice property. It is exactly like the pictures. It is a great base for beaches or seeing thhe rest of the island. Katymary was a very helpful host. Very quick to respond to questions, not only about the house but also gave us some good advice on restaurants and even parking across the other side of the island. The aircon was a blessing during our very hot stay. The swimming pool and pool table were also well used.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is amazing: beautifully maintained with great facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, all the bedrooms are large and smartly furnished, the villa has air con throughout and modern tech like a smart TV and alarm system. The swimming pool and surrounding outdoor area are great. The villa also comes with a pool table, table tennis, hot tub, basketball hoop and ball, a children's play area, and a whole host of other toys like balls and inflatables. Plus the owner is lovely. We are very likely to book again!

We had a lovely holiday at the villa, located in a residential area just 10 min drive from Pollenca and 15 min from Puerto Pollenca. It is a secured compound with steel gates and security in place although the area is very quiet and safe. The house is modernised throughout with new and stylish kitchen and bathrooms. The very large and lofty patio balcony outside the kitchen and lounge area is a very lovely place to have meals and play games. Although the fencing around the patio is an open steel design so I would be cautious with a crawling baby or a tiny toddler. The villa is also equipped with a very large tv screen with Netflix in addition to basketball hoop and pool table to keep everyone occupied. Our children also enjoyed the koi fish pond in the back garden in addition to the beautiful salt pool. We have been to many villas in northern Mallorca and I would highly recommend this villa for its high spec, cleanliness, and stylishness. The addition of a welcome gift with fruits, biscuits and chilled bottles of various drinks together with pre-supplied nespresso capsules were an amazing touch after a very long and hot travel.

We spent 10 days in this superb Villa nestled amongst the quiet of Crestatx in May around other friends for a wedding in Mallorca. The property was immaculate both inside and out with a beautifully kept pool with plenty of sun loungers and a fabulous barbecue for the long warm evenings. A pool table and hot tub were also amazing touches for the family. The beds were all very comfortable and air conditioning was very much welcomed at night. The kitchen was full equipped with plenty of space and plenty of space to entertain. This Villa is perfect for families and groups of friends, ideally situated a 10 minute drive to Sa Pobla and 15 minutes to Alcudia where there are plenty of bars and restaurants by the sea to be enjoyed. Katy was a wonderful host who greeted us on arrival and showed us around the Villa. She was easily contactable for anything we needed. Would highly recommend this Villa and would stay here again without a doubt! Thank you Katy!

Everything from the standards of the fixtures and fittings to the decor makes this place stand out as special. Spotlessly clean too. The photos don't do it justice. Eight of us stayed for two weeks and there was more than enough room for everyone - it's really spacious. The pool is absolutely fabulous and was a great temperature during our stay. There is plenty of shade available around the villa, including the pool area, for anyone who doesn't want to get pruned or lobstered up. The spa pool was particularly good for cooling off in the heat We didn't realise the pool was salt instead of chlorine before booking but it was so much better for everyone's skin and much more pleasant to be in than a chlorine pool - definitely a plus point and something we will look out for in future. A car is essential due to the location and Sa Pobla, with it's traditional square surrounded by bars and restaurants, along with several supermarkets, is only 5 minutes away or €8-9 in a taxi. Buffet night on Wednesday's at Bar Casa Miss is an absolute must - starts at 6:30, book a table early to avoid the crush. Tells you all you need to know that it's so popular with locals. Just 10 minutes to Pollensa old town, 15 minutes to the family friendly beaches of Alcudia and the same in the opposite direction to the traditional market town of Inca mean there is plenty close at hand to keep everyone occupied. There's plenty more to do within easy driving distance although we struggled to pull ourselves away from the cooling pool and ice cold lager beer (get on the Argus at 21¢ a can from Lidl - very moreish). There is a bus stop within easy walking distance but the buses are only once an hour and not particularly cheap. Pool table and table tennis are great for keeping the kids entertained as well as teaching them how to be gracious losers. We couldn't ask for more from Katy Mary and Xisco who were always on hand to resolve any issues quickly. No real complaints, thanks so much for letting us stay, a wonderful time was had by all.

Katy Mary is a fabulous host and ensures you have everything you need. The villa and pool are lovely with a lot of outdoor space making it feel very secluded whilst being spacious. We visited Pollenca and Alcudia several times as it’s only 20 mins by car. We love this area and keep coming back to explore. Hope to see you again soon!

Sehr netter Empfang durch Katymary, vielen Dank für den tollen Willkommenskorb (Obst, Kekse, Chips, Wein, Getränke im Kühlschrank)! Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Crestatx sehr genossen: Villa, Garten, Pool, Fahrräder... was will man mehr? Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Sa Pobla, mit dem Auto. Auch in Coronazeiten ist Mallorca wunderbar: Einreise nur mit PCR-Test & alle tragen immer Maske, auch im Straßencafé, beim Spazierengehen oder beim Einkaufen auf dem Markt. Kein Wunder liegt der Inzidenzwert unter 20. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The photos of this fabulous house don’t do the size, look and purpose justice. We stayed for a week (6 adults 1 baby - ages from 82-10 months) and it perfectly suited every age group. Spacious, practical, homely and equipped with everything you need to stay tucked away during a difficult time because of Covid. KatyMary met us at the property even though it was the middle of the night and checked in with us to check we were ok. The hosts have thought of everything right down to a playroom for children that my little girl loved exploring! Conveniently located for Sa Pobla (with a large supermarket) and an easy drive to Alcúdia (where the beach is well worth a visit for the day) and only half an hours drive from the airport this place couldn’t have worked better for us. We will 100% be back! Thank you so much for letting us stay and being a fabulous host!

Great property, good location with easy acess to motorway, 15 minutes from the best beaches, plenty of hangout areas suitable for large families, really lovely owners.

This is by far one of the best villa’s we have stayed in. It is extremely well equipped, it had everything we needed. It is located near Sa Pobla so we could drive in there to do our shopping easily at the Elroski supermarket. The pool was beautiful and the kids loved playing table tennis and basketball (and watching the full box set of Sherlock Holmes!). There are lots of areas to relax around the villa. It was very hot when we were there, 36 degrees in the day. We had to put on the AC units in the bedrooms at night. Katy Mary greeted us on our arrival very late at night. There was a welcome basket of food which was very much appreciated for the first morning. Nothing was ever any trouble for our host if we needed to check something. The gardens and the pool are extremely well maintained.The resorts of Port de Pollença and Alcúdia are within easy reach if you want to go there but we preferred the little cove of Cala St Vince and visited Pollensa old town which is really lovely and good for eating out. My husband rented a road bike and cycled to Cap de Formentor and Sa Calobra. We would definitely go back and stay in this villa. We also loved Majorca.

Superb villa with everything you need for a great family holiday.

Villa is stunning, set in spacious grounds. The outside jacuzzi and pool is perfect for kids. The owner Katy, was very helpful and we would definitely return in the future!

This is our first time renting a Villa and we couldn’t have been luckier. Everything was perfect: the pool, hot tub, even the toys for children!!! We decided to rent this one because of the other reviews, and now we see that they were totally right. We can’t thank Katy enough for her house. We will definitely come back again!!

We had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful villa. Everything was as described and more. The owner was very friendly and allowed us to check in early as our flight was early. She was also very easy to contact for the few queries we had. The villa is beautifully situated with many different areas depending on what suited people. Our kids loved the pool and the pool table. It was lovely to be able to have a nespresso coffee on the shady veranda overlooking the kids playing in the pool. The villa is also very well situated for visiting the nearby towns and beaches, although, goes without saying, a car is necessary. Also the local animals, especially a cockerel, are a bit vocal at night-time, but you have to expect this when situated in beautiful countryside. The villa is also very well equipped, with everything one might possible need. The beds are very big and comfortable. The showers are powerful and the welcome basket in the kitchen was a lovely surprise. Thank you Katy for giving us a wonderful stay at your beautiful home.

We stayed as a party of 6 adults and 2 children over the Easter holidays. On first sight of the villa it’s everything you see in the pictures and more! Lovely large well looked after gardens and plenty of different seating areas. Large bedrooms, comfy beds & the WiFi worked great. We had a couple of rainy days but the hot tub kept us entertained while the kids used the pool regardless!! We had a car and used the local supermarkets, Lidl being the best and only a short drive away. Not to far from coastal towns or the beach’s which we visited quite often, Alcúdia old town is a lovely walk round! Only one issue during our stay which was dealt with very quickly by Katy. It was our 1st time in a villa and Katy was on hand and very helpful thought out our stay. We would definitely return in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at Katy Mary's beautiful home. The photos do not do the home or property justice! The beds are incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Our children loved playing in the playroom upstairs, the outdoor space (including ping pong table, basketball hoop and gorgeous pool/pool toys), and little pond were wonderful. We spent every cool April evening sitting on the beautiful balcony and when the propane tank ran out, Katy Mary's husband kindly (and quickly!) brought a new one for us to continue enjoying the outdoor space. They were wonderful hosts, who even provided a generous welcome basket upon arrival. Greatly appreciated! We felt that the location of the house was perfect. Just over ten minutes to Pollensa, 15 to Old Town Alcudia and Old Town Pollensa, plus just 5 minutes to grocery stores in Sa Pobla. It was an easy place to find once we were familiar with the area and quick from the highway. Highly recommend having a quiet place away from the crowds to come home to! If we were back in Mallorca, we would stay here without hesitation again. Thanks for a lovely holiday, Katy Mary!

What a great villa, everything as described and more. Katey was there to great us, fantastic array of supplies, fresh fruit, beers/wines and plenty more. Whilst there we had need of some help and her whole family came to fix the problem.. only downside the weather 🌧 but can’t blame Katey for that...Thanks again

Lovely villa! We had 3 children plus a New born and this villa was just perfect! Everything you could possibly need to just relax all day & cook if you wanted to. Lots of beeches not too far in the car which worked well if you have little ones wanting a nap. We found a beach each morning and stayed by the pool for the afternoon. Fantastic local..ish restaurant called the coves also worth a visit. 5min drive to Lidl with a great bakery too. This villa has been finished to a high standard and instantly feels like home as soon as you enter. Very tastefully decorated and a warm welcome from Katy with a fantastic welcome pack. The little things in this villa really make the difference with toys, inflatables, bucket & spades, coffee machine, relaxing hammock, I could go on. We all recommend!

We cannot rate this villa and Katy highly enough. Communication with Katy from initial enquiries and throughout our stay was super, nothing was too much trouble. The Villa and it’s grounds are very well kept and so much more spacious than we imagined-we loved the outside dining area overlooking the pool. The swimming pool is superb and all four adults and four children had so much fun! We had lots of table pool competitions too! Nearest supermarkets are around a 5 min drive and we had lots of fantastic BBQs (we’re ordering a bbq like the one here when we get home!!). Very easy to get around the area from here, both on bike (so my husband says!!) and by car. An amazing welcome pack welcomed us when we arrived-a lovely touch! We simply cannot praise this villa enough and none of us want to leave!

This villa was beautiful, both house and gardens were so well kept & clean. Well equipped with plenty of towels (for indoors & poolside), kitchen and laundry utilities. Katy was brilliant and flexible making check in and check out very easy. Myself & our group of 7 adults and one toddler would highly recommend this villa and would love to return. Lots of toys available for children. Just let Katy know if you need a baby cot or highchair. Well located for Pollensa & Alcudia. Such a beautiful part of the island. Approximately 40minutes North of Palma. Katy left us a beautiful welcome pack, this is such a lovely touch. We loved your villa

We LOVED our stay at Katy's beautiful villa. Great facilities, lovely location, lots of space. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the swimming pool is not heated, and it was too cold for our children to swim endlessly every day (we went March/April). You will need a car. The villa is an easy 35 minute drive from Palma airport. Lots of supermarkets in nearby Sa Pobla and plenty of lovely restaurants and bars to choose from in Port de Pollensa and Port de Alcudia. We would absolutely return.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in diesem tollen Haus. Alles was man im Urlaub braucht, war vorhanden. Auch unsere Kleinste hat das Spielzeug vor Ort sehr viel genutzt. Der Pool war für unsere Jungs das Absolute Highlight . Und Abends wurde auch der Partyraum immer wieder genutzt. Der Billardtisch ist natürlich toll. Ansonsten können wir nur bestätigen, was andere schon geschrieben haben..... das Haus und auch das Grundstück sind wirklich einladend und sehr gepflegt. Bei Anreise standen schon Getränke im Kühlschrank und auch die Obstschale war schon gefüllt. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg bei Katy und Ihrem Mann für die Gastfreundschaft bedanken. Es war super und wir können das Haus jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht. Vielen Dank

First impressions of this villa are amazing, set in Crestatx a very remote part of Majorca, and very quiet street. This Villa stands out as one of the nicest presented in the area. The villa itself has every amenity you could possibly need. We have 5 children and they were fully entertained for the week, with pool table, games and not to mention the lovely pool and hot tub. It is very private - you can enjoy every aspect of it without worrying about neighbours being too close. Katy is a great owner, and went above and beyond catering to our needs. We have two twins whom are a handful at the best of times. Katy and her husband went the extra mile to make the villa safe and secure for the two little ones. Our one regret is not hiring a car, but we got by on buses and taxis - Pollenca and Alcudia are only around a 15 min drive. A great holiday, lots of great memories and a big thank you to Katy for letting us stay!
