The location was good, I walked to a lot of places from there & it was also close to the metro too. The rooftop area was nice too although I didn't use it that much as was so busy seeing the city 😊. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but fine and spacious for one person who was just using it for a base to sleep in!

The breakfast deal was kind of confusing...the first day the guy let everyone choose a pastry & yoghurt and oats & then the next day another guy snapped at me and said you had to choose one or the other. Then on my last day he suddenly let me have both again- everyone seemed confused and it was also quite slow. Just a small thing, but would be nice to be clear ...

Breakfast was great!

The venue is clearly designed for longer term travelers/student residents, and I don't think that was abundantly clear in the booking.com overview. The issue there is a television in the space, but no channels/cable, no hand soap, so example or other amenities you would normally see in a hotel. There was a small tube of shower gel and shampoo (which travelers often have with them anyway) but no hand soap. I would have happily given up the small tubes in lieu of hand washing facilities. You definitely felt like you were staying in a student dorm that they are trying to monetize during summer break. Would potentially be a good option if I needed a longer stay (kitchenette) or was there for work. It was more expensive than you might have expected for an austere dorm-room like environment.

Good distance from the metro and city, store and different restaurants near. Clean rooms, loved the pool area. Breakfast was good!

Breakfast would better as a buffet, where you can serve yourself - sometimes it was bit difficult to communicate with the staff. And on the 2nd day my room was not cleaned.

Staff were super nice, vibe was good. Rooftop pool and sun tan area were nice. Gym and laundry room, were very good.

Noises outside and closing the window was harder than last performance review.

The stay was good. however I found the cleaning not very good, with a lot of hair on the bed and unfortunately the shower rod was broken and it was not good.

The location was good, easy bus ride to the city center. Breakfast was nice, people at the reception were friendly, there is a swimming pool, nice roof terrace.

Beds were not really comfy. Room is large, but very basic and very white. It was a pity that the swimming pool is not open in the morning or after 8 pm. Room could be cleaner.

friendly staff, well located, taxi stop 10 steps away from the doorway. simple and practical. There’s even a nice rooftop swimming pool and breakfast included.

The air con was a pretty loud for a summer night sleep and I found a few little bugs climbing up the shower drain( kind of common in Madrid at this time of the year, though unpleasant).

The rooms are spacious and especially for the money quite amazing! Clean, good bed, enough plugs, in our studio we had a nice kitchen and desk! Breakfast was fine.

Excellent location and the residence has everything needed. The rooftop is very enjoyable, the breakfast is correct, and the room was very clean.

The bed are a little to hard. And the neighborhood is a living one, so it tend to be quite noisy at night. But nothing awful.
