the location was very convenient for what we were in town for (baseball)

air conditioning was very loud. our room on the first floor looked at the parking lot.

Friendly staff, clean. Dog-friendly!

Bed was sagging/well worn and not comfortable. Lack of hot water.

They aloft pretty much has the same design I enjoy the view always.

liked the room set up. liked the lights on the wall over the bed for reading. beds were very comfortable. pillows too.

The proximity to the city and events.

I normally don't complain, but I hadn't had the chance to travel in quite sometime and upon arrival, I was not greeted, nor made to welcome. The front desk staff acted as if I was a burden. They were short, and preoccupied with speaking to one another. I felt like for a room that cost me over $500 for one night, I should have felt more welcome, like an actual guest who had chosen to spend my hard earned money there. Very unhappy with my experience and I will tell others to choose a different hotel.

upstairs rooms always noisy doors are unbelievably noisy when closing as people slam them. I was awakened twice during the night with people closing doors….

Location good.

Heavy doors slamming late at night and very early morning. Bagel I got was very stale. Couldn’t even eat it cause it was so hard. Would have brought it back but was in a hurry to go to Hospital appointment.

Comfortable room overall, easy to navigate. Redundant refrigerators were unnecessary.

Closet. Space-saving configuration not very conducive to couples or multiple day stays

modern sleek clean look, well kept and comfortable rooms. good shower. Of note was the ceiling in 408- bathroom and over bed you could tell there’s been some leaking or water damage which should be checked. friendly and helpful staff!! will be frequent guests
