Very clean, great location, friendly staff, and they hold your luggage before/after your stay iif needed

It's not a big minus. However, the room is small. I think the space to move around the furniture was maximum 1sqm. The family next door had a baby, and the buggy was left out on the lobby. If you plan to stay all day out, it's ok. For us, it was not such a big inconvenience, but it was quite uncomfortable

Clean and easy to access

The name suggested it was on or near Tottenham Court Road … it’s not. That confused us for a bit. We were on top floor which wasn’t serviced by loft all the way. This could prove a challenge for some people.

Initially the room seemed tiny..we had 2 huge bags...we then saw the under bed storage...presto..all sorted

The location was good. The location of the hotel is really good, able to walk to Oxford Street and China Town, but the rooms are really bad.

My advice is don't do anything in this hotel except sleep. The cleanliness was fine, but the room was so small that only one person could turn around, and the table was small and half was taken up by tea sets and trays. My drink on the table was accidentally spilt because of the small space. The air conditioner was difficult to use, and I wasn't sure if it was on after adjusting the display, so I was freezing at night.

Super smooth check-in with very friendly staff. Amazing location, especially if you like being able to just go out of the hotel and walk around. The room had all the necessary amenities and was spotless. For the price we paid, we definitely recommend.

Despite having a window, we felt quite suffocated in the room as it was super small. It's a great option but for no more than a single night.

It's fine, but not as well designed as a Hub. Mostly quiet and well sound-proofed.

Coat hanging facility is kind of useless. Hooks for coat hangers are right above the desk and kettle - if you hang a coat there it's right in the way of everything! And in such a small room this is a problem. We had to hang our coats on the sliding bathroom door. Ventilation was difficult to control.
