First time staying at this condo. We loved it!! Would definitely stay here again.

Very easy remote check in. Communication was open & easy, as well. Unit very clean & had all the necessary supplies for the stay. Location was very convenient, walking distance to several restaurants & bars. Was nervous about the "limited parking" but it turned out to be perfect for thos people who were supposed to be parked there. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the Beach and Restaurants
It was a little challenging communicating with staff at first (getting multiple texts from multiple phone numbers, and our key lock reset itself twice.) Beyond those challenges, it was a beautiful stay and central location with a lovely view off the balcony. The apartment was slightly less clean than expected (sock under bed, old rusty shower curtain).

BIG Thank you to Brenda Behringer & Sebastian De La Garza for the outstanding support/check-in! My wife & I come down to Port -A every month and stay at different places...some good...some not-so-good. This condo was a cut above all the others (size, price, cleanliness & location). From now on, this is our go-to-condo for all future stays.
Note to owners; you may want to look at replacing two condo items; a new Mr. Coffee (the hot plate on the bottom is rusting out & shower certain bar & hooks (rusting as well).

This is the Best Hidden Gem in Port A. The building has been totaled remodeled from Harvey and the elevator is working! This unit is awesome. The interior pictures need to be updated. Totally different look. Very beachy and welcoming. All new kitchen items ... cookware, dinnerware etc. nice supply of spices were available for our use. The balcony allows you to sit back and enjoy the sunrise, watch ships coming into the bay, unobstructed view of the gulf and down to the Sea Breeze Pool. Pool, hot tub and pool area is clean and relaxing. The beach is just down the road. Walk to great local restaurants and shops. Get the Jack Daniels Burger at Lelo's, the Chocolate Creme Bruele is to die for at the Venetian and you've gotta do breakfast at Coach's. And don't forget some chocolate and caramel from Winston's. To experience the total Port A Vibe rent a golf cart and enjoy Old Town, ride the beach and stop by all the shops. Head out to Port A Beer Hut and enjoy the swings at the bar and the yummy tamales. The crew at Life in Paradise is great. Great location, great unit, great management team .... Best Hidden Gem in Port A!

We have stayed at the Seabreeze Condos about 10-12 times in the last 15 years. Conveniently located. While not on the beach, the view of the Gulf of Mexico (about 500 yards away), is uninterupted across the rolling sanddunes. The view from the balcony of a rising full moon, or the sunrise, is picture perfect.

Disgusting Balcony
Overall, this is a nice property. There is a great view of the water, but there was so much bird poop on the balcony (including on the seat cushions on the chairs), that we were unable to enjoy it. The water through the pipes was yellow, so we used bottled water for everything. There is a very musty smell as soon as you walk in the unit. This is too bad because the location is amazing.

1. I did not like the dog in swimming pool area.

Love staying at Seabreeze Suites. Have been staying here for several years now. The units are perfect for a couple and are in close range of EVERYTHING in Port Aransas. While on vacation not everyone is cooking in their units, however the cookware and dishware as well as the cutlery needs updated desperately.

A detailed critique is in the mail (a letter). However, looking at the on-line picture prompts me to add this: That picture was obviously taken when the unit had been freshly rehabbed. It does not show the tacky looking, painted over,water leak spots in the ceiling. Not only does the paint not match, but some of it has "flaked off", revealing the raw , damaged roof / ceiling. Very tacky. Plus, the wall opposite this photo, behind the TV, has numerous, highly visable, unfilled holes. From where some pictures formerly hung. Very tacky. neither of those highly visable "features" are what a visitor should see, especially considering how much the $$$ rate is. If iI was staying at that old Rock motel, that caters to fisherman, I could understand it. But, not for $180.00 a nite (including tax), at The Sea Breeze!

We rented this place to celebrate our Baby Moon and it was super cute! The only downfall (and my bad for not reading the details fully before about the elevator being broken) but 7 months pregnant with 4 flights a stairs was a doozy! The room was perfect for my husband and I and minus he stairs, the best part was the view and location. The outside of the building needs a little work, there were a couple little bugs inside, which is impressive for the 4th floor, but the updates inside were awesome! My husband became a toddler withthe squeezy bed lol but it was comfy and got nice and cold for us at night.

The rental was a lovely room, with everything you will need on a vacation. Our weekend turned out to be very stormy, so we spent more time in the room that normal. Two things that where less than great, we where in a forth floor room, and the elevator did not work. Advanced warning would have been nice. Second, the toilet chain is constantly coming unlatched, so the first thing I had to do on my vacation was home repair, and several times after. Not cool.

Every time the A/C unit kicked on it sounded like a motorcycle hauling *** down the street. The bed was less than comfortable. The room was very clean and the appliances were great. The elevator was out so it sucked having to climb 4 floors to reach our room.
