Location, owner, apartment interior -perfect!

Fantastic location and beautifully presented property. Rao is a charming host. Spotlessly clean and comfortable property. Outside space really is the unique selling point. Very private and quiet. Gorgeous views, lovely pool and shady bbq area surrounded by mature fruit trees providing shades areas on a sunny terrace. Supermarket, chemist and restaurant all within 10 min walk. Good public transport links to Dubrovnik.

Not really a dislike at all more a suggestion - for those wishing to do more self catering some additional cooking implements like a spatula, grater and small saucepan would be useful.

Loved this property - the owner was very friendly & ensured that the patio area & pool were pristine clean every day! The garden is covered in orange trees & oranges were the best I have ever eaten! ( gifted by the owner, not taken off the trees!) The BBQ area is fab too as well as the outside dining area. Great proximity to Zaton & close to local supermarkets & the local bus into Dubrovnik. The private pool was the biggest + with great views over the bay.

VERY MINOR but the kitchen is tiny & the sink is definitely not in the right place ( although there is a dishwasher & great fridge) so not much to complain about!

The garden with the private pool was very very beautiful. the view was very nice. the house has everything you need. And the owner was very very friendly!! We enjoyed our time very much!

Private pool with sunbeds, beautifully maintained garden and whole terrain around the apartment, parking spaces for cars on private property (locked gate), very helpful and kind host, who was taking care about the highest quality of pool area early in the morning when we were still sleeping, and who also helped us understand the best possible option to visit Dubrovnik (where to park a car and get on the city bus); very pleasant BBQ space in the garden, 2 bathrooms for 6 people, nearest shop to get on foot in 7 mins. I can't wait to visit this place again!

I think it will be beneficial for a host to directly manage the communication via booking instead of third party agency - this agency only brought many confusions. Until the arrival we did not even know the details of check-in, luckily it turned out that host lives on the same property and there was no issue with arrival, although it was Sunday evening (not possible to reach agency during weekend which made us little afraid, because we were late while no direct contact data (phone number) to host was provided to us - we couldn't inform the host about our delay).

Everything was perfect and beautiful.

everything, reo the owner was amazing. the atmosphere ,the garden ,the trees ,piece of paradise ..... very close supermarket .BBQ facilities and of course the private pool :-)

this is not related to the place itself ,you need to be aware that this places haven very narrow roads, and unfortunately this time there are alot of road fixes nearby which cause traffic delays ,but again it is not related to place itself,also due to covid19 and end of season a lot of restaurants nearby where closed
