We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The first thing we noticed right away was that the floor didn't seem to have one speck of sand on it when we arrived. Not sure how they do that considering it's so close to the beach, but it was amazing. The rest of the amenities were also great. The only issue we had was that they gave us 8 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash clothes. When I inquired about getting more, I received a text that the matter would be referred to house keeping...and then I never received any communication again even after I inquired again. Also, we never received anymore wash clothes. They completely ignored the request. When my wife called them, they said they only give two per stay and that if we wanted more, we would have take them to the property managers office (off site) to exchange them. We were told it was in the contract we signed. I reviewed the contract and it was not there. Pretty ridiculous. Aside from that, the stay was nice.

Nice condo but needs deep clean
Comfortable and stylish but cabinets and kitchen ceiling need cleaning/degreasing. Almost all dishes we used were dirty out of the cabinets with food stuck on them and there was no large spaghetti pot, only small pots and pans. Balcony, pool and hot tub were nice.

This property is like a hotel suite with a small galley kitchen (no dishwasher), full bath, king bed and small living area and a balcony. It has been updated from the picture here and is adequate for 2 people. This balcony is shaded in the afternoon and we did use it. Upon arrival we found a six pack container of garbage in the kitchen garbage. There were "greasy head" marks on the mirror over the been as seen here in this photo that had not been cleaned off. There was a puddle of what I guess to be cleaner on the right side of the bathroom sink counter that I had to clean up. I mention these items because of the rules for cleaning before you leave. We are not new to Port A and did enjoy the close locate to great restaurants that we could walk to. This location is also close to the beach. This property also has a great pool area with a hot tub.

This place was recommended by a friend. Comfortable accommodation close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Stayed two nights in fourth-floor studio with ocean view. The weather was wet, and the windows stayed fogged up the whole time. A dehumidifier might be in order, as though the apartment was clean, it smelled a bit musty.
