We stayed here for two nights and it was brilliant! The location was amazing, right in town so close to Taxim square. Such a quaint area with everything you need. The hotel, although only 3 star was super clean , the beds are big and comfy, the bathroom a perfect size with really good shower and plenty of hot water. I just really need to say also that the staff are absolutely amazing!! Really big shout out to Moe! My partner was taken ill and we needed some medication. This was a nightmare because it was a Sunday. Moe managed to arrange for a doctor to personally drive to the hotel and deliver exactly what we needed. We had another drama because the atm swallowed my card so I no cash to pay the doctor! Moe paid for the medication out of his own pocket and I managed to arrange a bank transfer to pay him back. He really went above and beyond to help us out! Thanks for an amazing stay guys, we will definitely be returning and will recommend you to everyone. I'll also do a review on booking.com. Thanks guys

If we’re being totally honest, the property was lovely and clean with great facilities but it’s looking a tad ‘tired’ here and there so would benefit in the near future of a little freshten up! Also the small kitchen area lacked in cutlery and glasses although 2 cups, stirrers, tea and coffee were provided. These issues really aren’t much and didn’t by any means detract from our amazing stay!!

Excellent location, clean, quiet with high speed Wi-Fi. The team are very supportive and speak English perfectly. My place every time i visit istanbul.

Nice hotel, very close to Taksim. Authentic neighbourhood, where you can fill the vibe of the city. Very friendly stuff. Breakfast was rather fine.

Nothing just the receptionist moroccan lady was so helpful and respectful

The cleanliness level was beyond awful, we found huge insects day 1 and day 2 during the stay and when we called the manager to make us a refund for the remaining days cause my mother had a phobia from insects and couldn’t sleep well the manager refused and said we can’t do anything go to booking to make the refund however we paid the full amount in cash to the hotel the day we arrived. The manager attitude was so disrespectful and doesn’t care about the cleanliness. Also the bed sheets wasn’t clean at all it had stains on it and not smelling well, the house keepers don’t clean the room properly they even destroys it more. They don’t have a man to carry your bags after 3 pm if you arrived to the hotel after 3 pm you carry all your bags by yourself. The breakfast was so average with no any change all days during our stay.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff. They let me have my room as soon as I arrived at 7.30 am despite check not being until 2 pm. A small friendly value-for-money hotel in the back streets of Taksim well located near the Beyoğlu area and convenient for getting to the major tourist sites around Sultanahmet etc. Hotel was v clean. Room cleaned every day. Excellent buffet breakfast that fueled me for days walking around the sights. Hotel was popular with Turkish tourists.

Room had signs of wear but the plus points out weighed these.
