Location, Great Food and value for the money
Need to keep Tea Coffee maker with Tea Coffee bags in advance and not when asked for. Addition Door Mat or Towels outside washroom shall help.

Also, door had a big hole in it. Room was big but not cozy.

Like location of the hotel
While checked in the y reply you have done online booking so we can't change the room, room was of very low quality, restaurant charges too high, one bottle water was of Rs.76 which costs in market Rs.20 aquafina.
Fruit salad was of Rs.286, but the quantity of not of Rs.50 also and quality was very poor

Among the toiletries no comb & moisturizer was provided. Only on request it was provided. Moreover could not connect to the wifi at all. Breakfast could have been with more choices

Extremely unclean and unfriendly staff. Nothing was delivered on time and the rooms were unclean with cobwebs hanging everywhere and no toiliteries in the bathroom . We had to ask multiple times for bath towels. Room service was pathetic.

Reception staff were very helpful and well mannered. Stay was comfortable, location is very good. Restaurant also good.
Thanks for upgrading my booking to suit. But the suit was just like an ordinary room. Housekeeping and room service intercom numbers didn't respond at all except reception. I was also not informed on first day that i wss eligible for free breakfast. Food is very costly.
