nice hotel, the area is a bit run down but it was ok, close to city centre, overall ok. helpful staff.

Nice place, not so far from the center, parking on the street without a problem. We had room under the roof, AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Good for stay.

Great hotel, a short (approx 15 minutes) from the Nord railway station that serves the airport. We were arriving fairly late, so had advance instructions on how to access the key safe outside, which was great. Had a twin room, which was a decent size, everything worked well. Breakfast was decent (although a tad early for us on one day at 8am-10am!), andgetting in and out of the hotel was no bother.

Not a lot really. Breakfast could've run till 11am, especially on the weekend, but probably says more about us than the hotel! Weirdly the interior "windows" to your room/bathroom (well as ours did, don't know if the same for every room) just open out onto the hotel corridor, so people could peer in at you having a shower should they have so wished, but I suppose you can just keep em closed! Was a bit of a walk to downtown (approx 30 minutes), so if you've got mobility issues, consider this, but was fine for us to stretch our legs and look around.

Shower didn't have curtains. So bathroom was full of water after taking a shower.

Terrible smell in the toilet - the window is open, but honestly does not help! The bathroom in the room is great ... I was happy, but I need to be folded there three times, and up if twice🙈 Breakfast well, absolutely no! Only coffee is delicious. The hotel is very old and you can hear all the passages on the wooden stairs.

The building is special and is in a convenient location. The interior design is very special and gives a VINTAGE feeling. The breakfast is basic and reasonable. The price is reasonable.

On the surface the room looks normal But there were some things that were not supposed to be. The water bottle and drinking glasses were dirty and sticky (even though they were wrapped in plastic as if they had been cleaned) The smell in the room was very bad. The smell came from the bathroom drain. We had to close the bathroom and open the windows to deal with the smell. There were no toiletries in the bathroom. Lots of stairs and no elevator. We arrived on Friday at noon and there was none of the staff, And there was no answer on the phone when we tried to call.

The hotel looks renewed, good smell throughout the hotel, pleasant atmosphere. Big rooms, comfortable beds. Scented towels. The staff is nice and willing to help. Nice breakfast

The hotel area is not so pleasant. The entrance is on a small street, without a lobby at the entrance. Spiral stairs (no elevator). The staff is nice but does not know English, which is problematic in a hotel that is supposed to serve tourists. Also, it is not possible to contact the staff since there is no lobby that operates 24 hours or at all.. We told the staff during breakfast the problems we wanted to fix. The room we got was internal, without an external window, but a window facing the interior of the hotel, so the room was suffocated and airless. We turned on an air conditioner which did not cool and was not repaired during our entire stay despite our request. Soap that ran out in the evening was not refilled in the morning and when we arrived in the evening we were sure it was full and so we showered without soap and there was no one to turn to for soap. There are no shower curtains in the bathtubs, so the entire bathroom is flooded with water after a shower. The breakfast was nice but basic, no option for omlet or scrambled eggs(just boiled) , no croissant or other pastries. I'm sorry but in my opinion this is not a 4 star hotel. but at most 3.

The hotel is in a relatively central area and close to transportation. The room was big.

The staff was unprofessional although they tried to be kind. The room was cleaned only once in a 5 days stay and not even the whole room... just a part of it. There was a bad smell in the bathroom and no aeration. The radiator in the bathroom was out of order. No shower curtain, so water all over the place after every shower. The breakfast area was small and the breakfast was basic. The same boiled eggs were served for several days. No other facilities whatsoever.

A lovely building. There is no elevator which was fine for us but may not suit others. The room was bigger than expected and the check in process was very easy. We even arrived early and that was not a problem. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great.

There was a slight sewage smell coming from a drain in the bathroom, which was very noticeable every time we re-entered the room.

the host was very friendly,and the decorations were beautiful,good atmosphere and nice building! Good for rest ,and little penthouse has a sky window .

Close to all public transport with easy access to the city. Lovely host, friendly and accommodating. Clean quarters, comfy bed, really good breakfast
