Great location and ambience with very good food.

The place opens late and had to wait for some time to be attended to. Should have staff at the ready to receive guests. The spa was not functional but was repaired when i was checking out so never got the opportunity to enjoy it.

the location of the property was amazing! loved the view from the bar and the very helpful servers who were so kind to take photos and tell us about their bestselling food/drinks

err! lil insects here and there but they were so kind to also have insecticides in each room which was a very effective way to deal with the crawlies

I had such a lovely relaxing stay here. The apartment was beautiful and unique with such tasteful decor. The view over the city of Kigali beneath the mountains was beautiful. I could have sat out on my comfortable garden couch all day looking after it. The pool and restaurant were lovely. The staff were so friendly. I was able to contact them on numerous occasions before my trip with a very prompt response to all my queries. They even accommodated my early check out by dropping me such a lovely breakfast of fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt, croissant, ham and cheese to store in my fridge to have before my early check out the next morning which I enjoyed this watching the sunrise over the city of Kigali. The apartment had everything you need from a coffee maker to all facilities as well as a fully stocked mini bar. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back again.

There was nothing not to like about the accommodation as everything was as expected in their listing.

The bathroom did smell a bit like sewage after flushing the toilet once. But not super unusual in the area. Also in the rooms you can hear the music from the pool/bar which is quite loud until ~11pm on weekdays. So if you need quiet be warned. Besides these things, very nice beautiful place to stay!

A beautiful apparemment super comfortable and with beautiful terrace.

The problem with Pili Pili is that is both accommodation and bar/events venue. So you won't sleep until 12am/3am depending on what even is going on. It's a shame because it feels a bit greedy from the owners wanting to make money from both because technically you can't sleep until there the music is off. And that can be 3am if there is a wedding going. It's so unfair to guests next door. We certainly won't be back because of that. We wanted to rest but it wasn't possible. What a shame.

During day time a perfect place to stay and to arrive in Kigali.

Saturday and Sunday night the restaurant turned into a kind of club and the music was unacceptable loud for a hotel. It went on until 11 pm and beyond midnight on Sunday and affected our "sleep".

Beautiful view and INCREDIBLE breakfast spread! Also an incredible view over Kigali.

Sometimes hard to find staff working at the hotel (e.g. receptionist when I wanted to pay and check out).

Very noisy, not possible you get any rest. Loud music in the evening and the night. Rooms are next to a building plot. Appartement is worn out, very cheap interior. Sewage smell in the bathroom.

The room was so pretty and super clean. The staff was super accommodating.

The rooms are right next to the restaurant/ bar which seems to be the main business. That can be a little noisy at night but not until very late.

I liked the location and the view a lot. The mood of pool and restaurant area is excellent, I can spend whole day there.

The place of the hotel, room style, staff, food, atmosphere, everything clean. Very nice place to stay.

Expensive laundry.

Pool was closed. And check in was hard to do.
