Comfortable and in central city. Great roof top bar and restaurant with entertainment. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Spa was out of order but that didn’t bother us.

Location was very good. We did not subscribe for breakfast. We were given an offer of breakfast on our last day and it was fantastic. Thanks for your services.

We booked as one team but you sent 2 vehicles to collect us from the airport so we had to spend twice. That was not nice.

The staff was very nice and very helpful!! Always eager to help.

The rooms could have been better, too much noise from the AC and there was too much humidity that you could even smell it.

-There was no hot water most of days - There was a lot of noise from the neighborhood - I had to request for a change of rooms - I was told to go to my room to pack and wait for a porter to relocate me. After reporting to the reception that I was ready to shift to a new room, despite being told the reception was sending someone, I waited for an hr...I had to remind them... - The hotel does not provide a free shuttle from the airport
