We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s large, peaceful surroundings are perfect I get away from it all. Hosts were beyond helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Only thing for us was the public transport aren’t great… you do have to to walk 20-25 minutes to get to the supermarkets or get a bus to Guardamar. But cannot complain as we knew that before hand. Villa is exactly like photos and has pretty much everything you’d need for a family holiday.

Meie pere on ka varem paljudes villades Hispaanias käinud, aga mitte kuskil polnud nii palju erinevaid tegevusi just lastele. Siin saab mängida palliga, kiikuda, mängida väikses majakeses, mängida jalgpalli, sõita jalgrattaga. Ja lisaks sellele on väga suur bassein, kus on ka väike ala väiksematele lastele. Olemas on erinevad ujumisvahendid nii täiskasvanutele kui ka väiksematele lastele. Majas on mitu magamistuba, hea köök. Väljas on gaasigrill. Perenaine Natalia on alati väga abivalmis. Natalia saab anda nõu, kuhu reisida, milliseid kohti külastada. Tänu tema soovitusele me käisime Alicante piirkonna toidu- ja veinifestivalile (Alicante Gastronomica). Natalia was so helpful, her house is fantastic, so secure for the little ones, and so much for them to do. Couldn’t ask for better, will defiantly be making a return visit. Highly recommend.

As first time villa holiday bookers we were so grateful for Natalia, she made booking a breeze and was always at the end of 'whatsapp' both before we travelled and whilst we were in Spain for help and advice. Nothing seemed too much for her. We arrived late on the 14th Feb 2019, but were met by welcome smiles, from Natalia, Alvaro and Pepa (translator). They showed us round the villa, and then left us with the most glorious cake, and refreshments. Knowing we would be arriving late evening Natalia, gave me instructions for an online food delivery that she excepted for us so we had essentials on arrival. If you are travelling with children this Villa is amazing.... We had 5 children (9 -2 years old) and 4 adults... All were catered for at the villa, with football, basketball, table football, pool (although a little chilly in Feb), badminton and then the swings and playhouse for the littlest. With everything being so secluded and safely gated off the 5 boys had full run of the grounds with the bikes, go kart and scooters being used on the drive constantly. The villa is walking distance even with little legs (20 minutes) to the local town of Rojales, were we got a bus to Guardamar (15 minutes). Everywhere else we drove to in hire car for convienice, and with the villa being a little out, a hire car was essential for us. For our first experience villa holiday, 2 families with 5 children (first time abroad) this Villa was everything we wanted and could of asked for... Natalia you made our holiday, with your fantastic Villa and I'm sure we will return, as many other should.... Thank you. P.S take advantage of the orange trees near the football pitch.... Just returned from this beautiful house, after 2 fantastic weeks there. We were a group of 7, including 10 and 14 year old boys, and 3 young adults. There was so much space and activities, that I dont think we've ever spent so much time at our holiday rental. With the well equiped kitchen and bbq , we ate in 6 of the nights. The pool is amazing, and the owners are so helpful and welcoming. It was everything we dreamed of and more.

We were two families who stayed in this house for two weeks. The house had everything that we could ask for. We travelled with four children and the house was really safe and had a lot for the children to enjoy. We will return! The owner and hostess Natalia was so lovely and helpful. Can strongly recommend this holiday house.

We ( a group of 8 ranging from 5 months to 59 years) spent 10 idyllic days here. Everyone was catered for brilliantly with the facilities provided at Pepa vacation house and the attention to detail by Natalia and Alvaro is obvious as soon as you arrive. The property itself is just amazing and the thoughtful use of the vast amount of outside space kept all of our group occupied morning until night. The kitchen was very well equipped and the added bonus of included baby equipment was very much appreciated. We found the location perfect for getting out and about, we especially liked Guardamar beach and sitting in the square at Formentera del Segura enjoying an ice cream and little tipple with the locals. I cant rate the house, facilities, location or Natalia and Alvaro highly enough, we just loved our stay and cant wait to return next year!!

I have just spent the most amazing 10 days here with my children and grandchildren. Everyone fell in love with the place! Natalia is brilliant from the first point of contact and throughout the stay. From the welcome treats on arrival to waking up to a baby doll and bag of dolls clothes left on the porch for my 3 year old granddaughter to play with, she is just so lovely and thoughtful!! The villa is idyllic, extremely well presented and equipped. We have stayed at many villas over the years but this surpassed them all. With ages ranging from 5 months to 59 years it catered for us all. We loved it so much that just a few days in we rebooked for next year. Thank you Natalia and Alvaro we had a fantastic time, making lovely memories and we will see you next year!!!!

House was in a private location and convenient to the motorway. Natalia was very welcoming and accommodating. My family and I had a fantastic time. The house was clean and comfortable and catered to all age groups. We will definitely be back again for another relaxing family holiday! Thanks you!

I organise a yearly holiday for a family of 11 in different parts of Spain or Portugal, including young teenagers right through to pensioners. Right from the start, Natalia at Pepa Vacation property, could not have been more warm and helpful, with her information and prompt replies to a multitude of questions.On arrival, she was there to greet us, along with a young local girl, Maria, who acted as a translator and showed us around the house. We were provided with fresh pastries and a bucket of ice-cold drinks, which were much appreciated after arriving to temperatures of near 40 degrees.We have been holidaying in little villages around Spain and Portugal as a family, for 8 years now, and we were unanimous in thinking that Pepa was by far the nicest villa we had stayed in. The property is just off a quite busy intersection, but you wouldn't know it, as we didn't hear a sound the whole holiday, except for the crickets and the laughs of the children playing in the pool, thanks to the high trees and hedges that surround the property. The place is stunningly laid out, with a beautiful garden, and ample areas for relaxation and games. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained. At night, it was lovely sitting outside at the long family dinner table (how often do you see a villa advertised for 11/12 people and there is only a table that fits 7 or 8), listening to music and knowing you weren't disturbing anyone, as there is plenty of privacy with the nearby properties all well spaced out.Inside, the villa was immaculate, and tastefully furnished, with all the facilities you will need. You can tell Natalia takes great pride in the property.It is a 15/20 minute stroll into the centre of town, but there are several bars and café's along the road to break the journey up. The town was more than adequate for our needs, with two large supermarkets and the usual bakeries, pharmacies etc. The local people are very friendly.Natalia was there to see us off early on our departure with warm words and a hug. We really could not have been more impressed with the property and Natalia. We found it to be great value for money, and if you're looking to get away from it all, but still like to be within walking distance to local amenities, then Pepa is the place for you. The only downside is that it is already booked for next August!Tip: ask Natalia for the account details, and you can order shopping deliveries online from the local supermarket.

We had an amazing time at the Pepa Vacation House. There were 5 children on the holiday and they had a great time playing in the pool, playing in the shady kids play area and playing table football and basketball, they also used the children's bikes and go-kart on the large concrete drive provided by Natalia and family.The house was very well equipped, with all the cooking equipment you need for a family holiday, the outdoor drinks fridge was very handy and we spent many hours chatting around the family table on the outdoor veranda.The pool area was very well equipped with a day bed and loungers as well as table / chairs and parasols. The pool was a good size and the protected shallow end is ideal for toddlers. The garden is lovely and very well maintained with many lovely flowering trees making it a peaceful and attractive place to relax.The air con in the bedrooms and living area was easy to use and very effective, it quickly cooled the rooms down. The wifi coped well with all the people using it. Finally Natalia is an excellent host, any questions were answered quickly and the communication through booking and payment was excellent.We ate in a lot, but found nice restaurants serving tapas and paella in Guardamar and a lovely beach at Dorades Grandes (about 15 min away by car) which was less commercialised than the beach at Guardamar.
