Excellent communication from the host prior to arrival. She sent a video on how to access the flat. The location is great. Just a short walk to the centre and 25 minutes to the train station.

The shower drain was a bit clogged so water would overflow to the floor a bit. Nothing major but we needed to ring out and dry the bath mat. Reported to the owner and she said she would look at it after we left. The bathroom ceilings are a little low so if you are tall you will hit your head. So only minor things. This flat is worth it and highly recommended!

Lovely place, location was great, the apartment had everything we needed and we loved the balcony. Smooth check in and good info from the host. Would really like to come back for a longer stay.

Would be great if there was a rack to hang washed clothes on, to put in the balcony.

Location was excellent for access to restaurants and the city centre. The apartment was very clean, bright and cheerful and the air conditioning made it very comfortable. It also felt very secure.

The cooking facilities could have been better. There was one induction ring (without instructions for use) which was very efficient and clean but insufficient to cook a meal. It would be better with a simple unit that has two rings/burners and a grill. A map of the city would also be useful.

Location was great

The location while still part of the medieval city, was convenient, quiet and interesting. Access to the one room apartment was quite easy - up a dozen stairs to the elevator which was very close to the apartment door.

I was not here long enough to want to cook lunch or dinner. The apartment, basically one room, had a small refrigerator and a hot plate. There really was very little room to do much. But, in Italy: why cook!?! I did buy meats, cheeses and breads which made the perfect hot weather lunch.

Very friendly contact, super localisation. Highly recommend place!
