Elevator is too small

Nice location, spacious apartment with good lighting. A nice balcony, perfect for drinking the coffee in the morning.

The bathroom does not have a ventilation system or window, so the door must stay open after the use of it.

The apartment is very cozy and spatious. The kitchen is big, I had everything I needed. The balcony is very nice. The area is very central, still super quite and safe!

The only thing is that I got entrance password after reminding, so had to wait a bit in front of the door

It’s a cozy apartment with a really nice terrace. The location is great, right in the middle of Bucharest. Definitely recommend it!

Great apartment in ideal location for shops, malls, restaurants and subway. Good kitchen facilities and good washing machinem. Mike (manager) went out of his way to assist and was flexible in terms of allowing me to extend by a couple of days (due to last minute changes in my business trip) would highly reccomend. WiFi very good fast and reliable

Nothing to dislike

The very first impression was the interaction with the host. Very friendly, very prompt and very helpful. Besides the great location and value for money, the apartment was comfy, well equipped kitchen, very good WiFi connection and a very comfortable bed :)

The location.

Apartment didnt match the pictures. Poor quality shower and super small bathroom. Lamps in the bedroom didnt work. Saw roaches in the bathroom. The main door didnt close properly.

Very comfortable bed and pillow, nice terrace. Very clean.

I miss coffee mashine, no shelfs in bathroom.

The location was great. Also appreciated the washing machine (but it was one of the reasons i chose the place) and the AC was great. Didn't have any big issues so never actually had to contact the owner. For a 2 week stay it was ok ...

My first big expectation letdown was the building it's self. From the pictures i thought it was fairly new (maybe the 90's) but it was like most buildings in the neighbourhood - pretty old - with the old weird smelling elevator. The apartment is very squeaky. The biggest issue we had was with the shower - it kept going form hot to cold, good to poor pressure. There was also a nasty smell most days around the kitchen sink/living room (probably because the old building/pipes). Would have appreciated 2 sets of keys.

The staff was very helpful and nice.
