Central location. The apartment has good lighting and it has different appliances and housewares for a short stay

There was not coffee to prepare for breakfast. The bed in the bedroom was not super comfy but ok. In general a good place for two (couple), we were three and it turned chaotic because of the single bathroom being in the bedroom

Good location in the city center. The room equipment was new and the room was comfortable. There is a lift in the building so that's fine.

2 separate rooms with sliding doors - ideal for a family with a child, clean, new and comfortable

L’emplacement

We had booked 3 rooms for 7 people for 2 nights. In the room for 3 people the sofa bed had a broken slat, which obliged us to book another room in another establishment (110€!!!) We agreed to keep one night and wanted to cancel the second, the establishment refused us the possibility to do so. A pitiful commercial gesture of 70 pnl was granted to us. Booking.com has no insurance in this situation! Their answer is to deal with what you are given! ... it's sick!

Location was perfect. Airconditioning was good and able to cool the whole apartment quickly. The apartment doorman was very nice and helpful. Nice to have some sort of personal touch

Communication with the host was awful. First off the apartment we reserved wasnt available due to damages. Not a problem but a shame we werent informed until we contacted the host about the fact that we had no balcony even though we paid more to book one. The showers in both our rooms were a disaster. Water would flood quickly and make it very difficult for one to shower. Stains on the couch were another issue. As well as very dirty ventilation in the bathroom. From our perspective it looked like it was never cleaned. We contacted the host about this issue and were given an apology and told it would get cleaned. This never ended up happenening. Upon contacting the host again about the shower issue we were ignored. Evidentally the host does not care about the well being of her guests. The pillows were thin, we basically slept on the matress or our arm. Asking the host for an extra pillow was also ignored. The general condition of the apartment was rather poor. Maybe a year or two ago it would have been perfect but things are shaky and starting to get loose. In conclusion: our experience was that the host doesnt care about you as a guest. And that the apartment is definitely past its prime with dirty couches and ventilation. Next time we're in Poznan we'll stay somewhere else
