The location was perfect, having a parking was just perfect
It wasn’t that clean compare to how it was described. The staff of staybeyond was terrible. No Information given while I booked more then 6 months before. They called me 2h before my arrival telling me how they need more information, my selfie with my ID.
Then only when arrived in front of the property they told me about the 500£ deposit. After driving 6h with my kids it was the worst check-in ever and not frendly at all

The keys are remote and very easy process.
On arrival at the property the kitchen sink was blocked. This stayed like this till the following evening when someone came to fix it. We were unable to use the sink for breakfast and created an awful smell. We went out for the whole daybon arriving home at night there was a leak from kitchen ceiling no idea where it came from. Had to mop up and no one came to check this. I did contact the property management however nothing was done to resolve these issue. No form of compensation or concession was made either. 3 weeks later I still haven't had any response from the complaints department. Also for anyone who may wish to use the oven the oven door was damaged so didn't close properly.

Das apartment war sehr schön, nähe underground Station, sehr schöne Lage, sauber
Die Schlüssel Übergabe war etwas kompliziert, da booking App leider die Verifizierung als erledigt gebucht hat, obwohl dem staybeyond noch die Pässe mit Life Fotos gefehlt haben.

On the penultimate day, the owner insisted on access to show the property to an agent. Couldn't it wait a day?

Really nice house, good location with gated entrance, would definitely stay again. Four bedrooms, two with ensuit on first floor the other two bedrooms are on the second floor and shared a bathroom, there is a toilet on the ground floor and a toilet in the basement next to the utility room. Massive open plan kitchen dinner
Unfortunately, there were no curtains in bedroom with French windows, but they did come when called and put curtains up. However, this did take a couple of days, and the kitchen could do with oven gloves and tea towels. They took a five hundred pounds to cover any damages and this is taken from your account the day before you arrive it's not just reserved and you have to wait 14 day for it to be refunded which we had to chase and then be told it could take another 14 days to be refunded, but it took approximately 5 days so 19 days after your stay is complete to get back the five hundred pounds. You need a code to get through the have to the mews where the house is but we were not given this, however on the gate it directs you to the hotel around the corner who gave us the code, but even after this we would go back as lovely place to stay

lack of communication from staff, property not cleaned at all, a lot of the things that the welcome pack said were included such as slippers, tea/coffee were not included! Had to prompt the company to pay our security deposit back after 3 weeks.

Nothing. Property was unavailable when we arrived. Allegedly bed bugs. The issues only escalated from there on. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR SANITY!
Couldn’t give a negative so 1 is as low as I can go. This could be a very long message when it’s asks what didn’t you like? Everything would be the over simplistic answer. The property management say they will do one thing then fob you off via email only, didn’t even call to sort things out. Who ever runs the crap show clearly has never dealt with a customer in their life the pathetic loser. Pick up the phone, call and even apologise for your inabilities to provide a customer a fair go. Please also note anyone wanting to stay in staybeyonds houses, READ THE LONG WINDED CONTRACT BEFORE AGREEING. THEY UTILISE HOUSES BEING SOLD AND CAN HAVE VISITS DURING PERIODS WHERE YOU ARE STAYING. IF ANYTHING OF YOURS IS STOLEN NOTHING IN CONTRACT SAYING WHO WILL REPLACE SO YO7 COULD BE WAY OUT OF POCKET. BEWARE! Overall horrible experience with this stay. Must say that Booking.com customer service have been just as bad to resolve issues. Thought they would support a customer but seem to be much more focused on making the problem go away without resolution. Wouldn’t think things were that hard but the constant emails asking for evidence when sent repeatedly is like someone just hits the email response and doesn’t resolve a thing.

An amazing house in a fantastic location. Would recommend highly. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Cleaner was still there when we arrived. Even after our check in time. But he was kindly enough to let us in before checking in.

Great location. Comfortable Beds. Silence & Space.
Although it may have advantages, I'm not crazy about the use of a digital key through and app on my phone. That way, you always need to worry that your phone is charged, or you wouldn't be able to get in at night, with an empty battery. I prefer physical keys to be picked up somewhere.

The location was great, easy to access all areas of London. The house was lovely, clean and modern.
When we arrived the cleaners were still in the property. Even though we were later than we said we would be.

The house itself was lovely and a perfect base for our daughters wedding. Unfortunately the housekeeping was shocking and ruined our stay.
Unfortunately the property had not been cleaned on arrival at 3pm despite several emails confirming our arrival time. One cleaner had just started on the 4 bed/5 bathroom house and we were left stranded on the street with babies and elderly family members. My husband spent 90 minutes on the phone to the management company trying to sort the problem out but they seemed at a loss as to what to do and advised us to go and get a coffee and they would pay! Eventually 2 more cleaners arrived and we were allowed to enter at 5.30pm. The management company did offer a discount but this did not make up for the stress of what should have been a perfect beginning to our daughters wedding. In addition the kitchen itself was clean, however the crockery and utensils were filthy.

Perfect location with parking although not easy access. Decorated lovely and large appartment over 4 floors. Plenty of room great for large families
Some difficulty with access to parking with vans constantly blocking entrance and very tight space but great to have parking. Quite a few missing bits in kitchen and small issue with a bath and the sky box all can be easily fixed

The location was the only good thing about this stay.
Honestly awful, the day before arrival I got a message requesting all those staying to send their ID we were travelling and so not feasible - unsure why you'd ask THE DAY BEFORE. On the check in date we called them all day as we had no details of how to get into the property NO ONE answered. We arrived at the property, knocked on the door, and someone answered. At first we thought they'd double booked (from the service we'd received so far I wouldn't have been surprised) but it was the cleaner - we couldn't be too annoyed as at least we got in but he was cleaning 45 minutes after we said we'd arrived (getting married the next day so we were running late) The cleaner was able to get a hold of the office and they'd forgotten to take the damage deposit from me and refused to give the details of how to gain access to the property until they'd taken it - it's via an app. The property was very dirty - walking around with no shoes for 15 minutes are your feet were black - there was hardly any items in the kitchen (no wine glasses!) There was fake tan all over most the the bathrooms (we made sure to take photos so it didn't come from our deposit!) Luckily at least the beds clean and comfortable. The house was very hot there was only one fan provided - which we had the leave in the basement - and so at night it was unbearable, being in a mews there was no wind. From the service and experience we had I'm surprised it's an actually company behind the running of this mews house!
It also took them 3 1/2 weeks to return the damage deposit - I have no idea why they physically took the money rather than holding the card details - as per 'normal' damage deposits

An excellent property in a central location which is great value for money. Perfect for two families as the house set up across the various floors is ideal. Great communication with the management company. Will definitely be back for another stay soon.
