الفندق لطيف و الموظفين كويسين .. و عاملات النظافة لطيفات و خدومات .. قدام الفندق مباشرة محطة الميترو و هالشيء كان لصالحنا كل المشاوير كنا نأخذها بالميترو ع بيكاديلي لاين .. كل شيء كان جميل و انصح فيه .

Above all, we liked the ambience, or vibe, of the hotel - from the foyer, to the staircase, to the bar and dining room, and to our room which was elegantly furnished and had a very comfortable bed. The location is superb with a tube station (including Heathrow, Circle and District lines) immediately adjacent to the property and shopping essentials (chemist, markets, fast food, etc all within 50 - 100 metres of the property.
While the room was more than adequately air conditioned it had no opening window to outside fresh air.
Perhaps a bit on the pricey side.

The room wasn't cleaned during our stay even though a cleaner was assigned our room to clean.
The staff at the front desk were having a heated disagreement whilst I was checking in and then they didn't ask how my stay was when I checked out.

Location - is excellent, right in front of the Gloucester Road Station. Proximity to the event venue which was at the Millennium Hotel is ideal especially on rainy/cold days and nights

Shower and bath comfortable and effective. The common areas in the hotel are well maintained and look good. The staff are always caring and responsive to customer requests.
Rooms are very dusty. Bed and mattress terribly uneven and uncomfortable. House keeping does not vacuum or take dust out of the room. The staff are caring and respectful, unfortunately there is a serious absence of standards in the housekeeping and the condition of the bedding. There is no business room or spare PC for customers to use, for those of us without laptops.

it was my 2nd and last time at this hotel. I came because I was very satisfied at first, but this time our shopping bag was lost in the room, we contacted the hotel management. They looked at the cameras and said that the cleaner took it for garbage. there was so many new things was inside. its insane.
