The apartment is beautiful and a short walk to the plaza

The apartment gets very little sun, so during our visit in March, it was really cold. Thank goodness for Paul bringing us a mobile gas heater as the air con/central heating unit in the lounge was not working. We could have done with a king size duvet on the bed, instead of just the cover. I tried to fill the cover with the 2 single duvets in the wardrobe but that didn't work, so just left them on the top along with blankets from the other bedroom. I'm sure this wouldn't normally be a problem when the weather is hot. We were also told to strip the bed, wash up and put away any crockery etc and take away any rubbish. I thought that was a little excessive when a cleaning charge of 60 euros was included in the price of the room. We have been travelling all around the area and had not been asked to do all that at the other apartments. I always wash up and tidy up but felt this was a bit cheeky.

No hot water in the property for all our stay the key holder came round and said he had fixed it while we wasn’t in but that was rubbish

It was a good 15 minute walk to the Plaza & shops… not fun in the heat!

The apartment, stunning. Many rules on how you should look after it. But a beautiful apartment. The location is only a 10 minute walk from Villamartin.

There's a laundry charge of 60 euro. Basically they charge you for using the bedding and towels provided. 60 euro is very steep for two people. Plus, you may incur extra charges if you use any additional towels. We stayed 4 nights but were only given one set of towels each. I have no idea how many days you need to be there before any of the laundry is changed. Never had a laundry charge before, so wasn't expecting it.
