All needs met

Great location !! the only downfall is both TVs terrible reception !!

This was not the first time we've rented there and this time was an extra long stay. The weather was a bit chilly and the thermostat not that reliable, but all in all a great place to stay. The entrance is on the alley side but still secure and had no problems with it being over a restaurant/bar. We really like this place and the owner is great and communicates when needed. Thanks! Hope to be there again sometime soon.

We had a great time in Burien. This apartment is located right next to a very cute diner, which was very convenient. Hector was very very nice, extremely communicative, and very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Good property. Entry is through the back, which might make some a little nervous off-hours. The heater in the master bedroom wouldn't shut off, so the room was a bit too warm.

Great place and close to everything!! Very clean and safe!

Stayed for a long weekend to attend a graduation. This property is very convenient to the airport but you are not hearing planes at all. The town is quaint and there are several good places to eat steps from the rental. There was an Alien themed festival the Sat we were there which was an unexpected treat- we could hear the live music out our window (but had no problem falling asleep when we closed the window. We loved the comfy beds (memory foam mattresses)! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. This was a nice, clean and centrally located place to stay. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

The parking area was a little confusing until I could get my eyes on it. Once I figured out where to park and where the entry was, it was easy. The place itself was a pleasant surprise. When you open the door and walk in, the condo is long!! Everything was great. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

We stayed here for 5 nights , and would stay here again in a heart beat. It was incredibly clean, super close to the airport , and a convenient distance from all the hot spots in Seattle. The bedrooms were very roomy, beds are comfortable, and everything was perfect. It has a fully stocked kitchen, and a laundry room with plenty of blankets, sheets, towels, etc. abailable There is also a high chair , infant tub , extra chairs , iron and ironing board , air matress, and really anything you would need. The tvs include netflix, and there are plenty of other apps you can sign into . Wifi is available as well. The owner really had thought of everything. There were books, puzzles, and dvds with seattle based movies as well. The neighborhood is a cute little area with fun shops and restaurants to go into. We enjoyed checking out the shops, and all the neighbors were very friendly to us. Make sure to eat at Classic Eats downstairs. We love trying new restaraunts when we travel and Classic Eats was ALL of our favorite one that we ate at. It was so yum, and the service was excellent. Fantastic atmosphere. The restaraunt employees were so nice and hospitable before they even knew we were the vrbo guests. We felt very safe , and the downstairs gate outside has a dead bolt on the inside for added security when you are home. I cannot recommend this cute little condo enough. I am very picky about cleanliness where i stay this place was perfect. We will stay here again for sure.

Enjoyed the king beds and working kitchen. Started off a little rocky with kids and cars in the parking lot and a little construction across the alley. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The actual property was difficult to find. Adding to the listing that it is behind the red gate would help immensely. It was very well supplied with tons of enmities. Would stay there again.

Love it! Only a dining room table is needed, but we were able to eat at the kitchen counter with the stools. Great host, great neighborhood! Would stay again.

The property was centrally located to shopping and restaurants.

Spoke with the host a number of times before and during the stay. He was very accommodating and helpful. The space was sizable and all possible amenities were provided for. Great service at an affordable price point. Overall great stay. Close to the airport with a reasonable commute to Seattle downtown. Would stay again next time we are in the area without question!

This was our first trip to Seattle so we had no idea about anything! We were so pleasantly surprised by first the location of the apartment and second the beautiful condition of the apartment! If we return to Seattle we will definitely want to rent this VRBO again!

Condo as described. Very clean and comfortable. Did some light cooking. Kitchen well equipped. Easy access. Safe. Close to stores and restaurants. Reasonable driving distance to downtown Seattle and other neighborhoods. Good communication with Hector. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was large, clean, and surprisingly quiet, considering it's located above a restaurant. All the Burien shops, restaurants and coffee shops are steps away. So convenient. We had a great stay.

The property was amazing and met all our needs. Though we didn’t really use the kitchen except the refrigerator but the kitchen is beautiful. And well equipped. And the Laundry wasn’t needed either except the iron. But nice to know it was there. The location was perfect for us. ( in town for a wedding). I can’t think of anything that I would have needed that wasn’t available. Super clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with a key. And the landlord responded and solved the problem within minutes of my message. Great place I’d be willing too and probably will stay there again as I have family within blocks. And It was my second visit to classic eats the restaurant downstairs. They are also amazing and worth a visit.

Comfortable location with all the amenities. On the main steer with restaurants, bars and boutiques just steps away. Condo was clean and bright. Full working kitchen. Easy access and quiet. Will definitely return.

Very clean, well-kept property. Nice bright kitchen, two remodeled bathrooms, two large bedrooms (add a dresser in the second bedroom), one with a walk-in closet. Full sized stacked washer and dryer, ironing board, extra towels if needed. Well equipped! Close to everything you might need in the suburb of Burien. Just a block or two from the town center (nice farmer's market there on Thursday) lots of good places to eat; Classic Eats, Pigfish Cafe et al. Five minutes by car to the beautiful Seahurst Park with a great beach and view to Olympic National Park, 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Never got the hang of the TVs though, but not sure it wasn't operator error. Watched Netflix instead. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was very spacious with two full bathrooms. The entrance from the alley isn’t very attractive but didn’t take away from our stay here. The weather was warmer than usual making the condo hot and the air conditioning units were not efficient enough to cool the rooms down. This was the only negative thing about our stay at this site. We would have rated it a 5 if it hadn’t been so hot.
