Amazing hotel, safe, clean, excellent staff, amazing restaurant, warm, big rooms, excellent breakfast, with plenty of parking outside in the street. It was a nice surprise. For sure I will come back !!

Just perfect, friendly staff, beutifull spa, amazing location putside of city. Taxi is always available so you can leave your car at hotel and really enjoy budapest.

Mooie, moderne kamer. In het restaurant kun je lekker eten en in de spa kun je even bijkomen na een lange dag. 3 minuten lopen naar de bushalte waarmee je binnen 10 minuten in centrum van Boedapest bent. Als je aan de straat parkeert en niet op het terrein, is parkeren gratis.

Op basis van de reviews iets hogere service verwacht, personeel was vriendelijk maar mag nog stukje gastgerichter. Kamers werden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, ook al hing het schoonmaak kaartje aan de deur. Badkamer erg klein en vochtig, zwemkleding en handdoeken werden niet goed droog. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een kinderkamp, dit werd pas na definitieve boeking gemeld. Buitenzwembad was erg fris en lag er niet mooi onderhouden bij.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Auswahl sehr groß. Auf der großen Terrasse konnte man sich den ganzen Tag und auch am Abend uneingeschränkt aufhalten. Der Blick in den hoteleigenen Park ist wunderbar. Das Außenbecken ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Liegen unter den Bäumen tragen zur Entspannung bei. Der Parkplatz ist mit einem Tor abgeschlossen. Die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Das Hotel ist eine Insel in der Stadt.

Das Känguru, das dort in einem für das Tier viel zu kleinen Auslauf gehalten wird tut mir sehr leid. Es hat Anlauf zum Sprung genommen und musste gleich wieder stoppen. Dem Tier sollte eine angemessene Umgebung ermöglicht werden. Das Personal hat sich auf Nachfrage, warum das Tier hier ist, nicht geäußert.

The location is horrible, the entry to the hotel is confusing, their breakfast was really bad I couldn’t finish it and had to have breakfast elsewhere, the bed is so low it’s impossible to get off of in the morning, there were stains and rust on the water faucet and the shower and practically all over the bathroom. But what really really irked me, and what was the worst thing I experienced in my whole stay, was how thin the mattresses were; I was so uncomfortable the whole night, waking up multiple times a night, I could feel the wooden frame under me. If you ever think to book this hotel, don’t. I thought it would live up to the price I paid for it, but turns out value for quality is non existent with this hotel. It will truly be known to me as an unforgettable hotel, for all the wrong reasons.

I have been staying in this hotel many times. Always was perfect. But last time i had a room in 3rd floor (for the first time). I was not happy at all. In the bathroom and under the shower, there were small insects flying around. The staff were also new and not as friendly as the usual staff i know from the past.

Unfortunately I have to say a guest is not treated like a guest. You must check the invoice - as for us, we were charged with tennis court despite the fact we had been informed by mail it would not be. COME on ! Nobody knew ? I do not think so …You also cannot ask for a piece of tea into the bedroom until you pay for that 😂 The Hungarian are calculated sadly 🤷‍♀️

Location is quite and not that far from downtown. Pool and spa also good

restaurant stuff is not that friendly and helpful, especially if you ask them to do something like pour hot water to the kids food or get some ice cubes etc.also beds a bit old and not that comfy

Large and comfortable rooms and beds, friendly staff, wonderful buffet breakfast every morning, playgrounds, indoor and outdoor pools for adults and kids, great spa area, free street parking, close to the bus stop for public transport and convenient road access to downtown Budapest if using a car.

Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room, and access to vending machines for when the restaurant is closed or convenience shop at the hotel to buy water, drinks, snacks, toiletries instead of having to drive somewhere.

The personnel is very welcoming and the breakfast is really nice. The SPA is small but very well maintained and clean.

Everything was perfect. Is my second time this year visiting Budapest and in this hotel. I love it

We stayed only 1 day in transit, but it was very comfortable, many facilities, the pool area very nice, green area all over, clean and helpful employees. We recommend this place and we will definitely come back for a longer vacation.

Nothing to dislike

It is very nice to stay here, we have been returning multiple times already. Very clean place, very good breakfast.

the spa/pool area could be opened a bit later than 8 o'clock, due to this early closure we were not able to use any of the facilities.

I write this review, because there have been rather bad reviews earlier. So I had doubts, if to book or not: 1) The staff who I had to do with mainly - restaurant and reception - were tremendously helpful and nice. 2) I had a new, superior room that was located very quietly. With a bathtub. 3) Throughout my stay I was amazed at the birds singing in the morning and evening. Wow, so directly in nature. - INFO: I came by own car. And I dislike big city noise.

The location, facilities and staff were spot on. If you plan your trip in Hungary and stay in Budapest, this hotel is the way to go. Super satisfied can't recommend it more.

Very nice location close to Budapest center with great connection to the highways. Friendly staff, clean environment with big bonus - garden - something you do not find in big chain hotels.
