The homestay is very spacious. Big enough to fit a family of 7. Everything is in order. All the rooms are clean and neat. The additional bathroom was an advantage. Also, the MBR is equipped with a jacuzzi bath tub. Tub toys are also provided for the children to use. Complimentary instant drinks, water dispenser and basic dishes are provided. Basically all basic needs are provided i.e towels, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent etc. Location is very close to CIQ. Checking in was also easy as the instructions were given clearly. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

The jammed road leading to the homestay as it is located very near to CIQ exit but it is bearable.

Quick access. Well equipped. Restaurants close. Clean. Nice pool and fitness area. Hosts very quick to respond

Not a great area for walking to things.

The studio apartment was well equipped and cosy.

The apartment wasn't well maintained with chipped flooring that is dangerous. No bedroom slippers were given. Bidet spray was leaking and the toilet floor was wet. I book a facility with jacuzzi but there was a note not to switch on the jacuzzi as it's not working👎. There were also ants in the apartment and I kept on getting bitten. Worst experience was when the fire alarm rang at 4am. No instructions were provided on what to do during a fire alarm and didn't know who to contact. Had to go down to the guard station to check and was told there was a short circuit in the building and nothing to worry🤷 and that they have alerted the maintenance who were on the way to look at the issue. But sleep was spoilt due to the ongoing fire alarm sound

Convenient, clean and easy access from the host. They were very responsive when contacted. There’s the kiblat point too 😃 which we didn’t expect. Overall, it’s a good accommodation for those with families. Security was good too as they always check for incoming visitors thus it’s safe.

The bathroom water level is low when 2 person shower at the same time in different toilets.

the location is very near CIQ , walkable. The room is clean and spacious, nice balcony can chill at night; there's full fledge kitchen , able to cook your own meals

ok the showers, the water is just warm; the heater might not be working properly; do check on this. The bed is kinda hard, i can tolerate it but i dont think many can sleep on such a hard matteress
