Schicke Wohnung in einer gepflegten Ferienanlage

Wir waren sehr dankbar mit der Location. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Ferienwohnung war für uns ideal.

La signora Lina e la signora Natalia sono state molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è molto pulito, funzionale e curato nei minimi dettagli. La sua posizione permette di muoversi agevolmente nella zona di San Teodoro. Bellissima la vista dal solarium. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia della casa sia dell'accoglienza che c'è stata riservata.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und der Ausblick von der privaten Dachterrasse der Hammer! Es war alles perfekt organisiert von Lina. Anfragen wurden sehr zeitnah und äußerst freundlich beantwortet! Absolut top! 👍

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Lina hat uns über alle aktuelle Veränderungen bezüglich der Corona Richtlinien auf dem laufenden gehalten und war auch bei kleinen Problemen vor Ort immer sofort erreichbar. Das beste war ein kleines Begrüßungsgeschenk für unseren jüngsten Sohn, eine Holzeisenbahn, mit der alle drei die ganze Zeit gespielt haben. Die Größe der Ferienwohnung, die zentrale Lage und geräumige Terrasse machen die Wohnung zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für entspannten Familienurlaub. WIr kommen wieder!!

L'appartamento si trova in un ottima posizione all'interno di un complesso molto bello e curato...accessoriato di tutto anche di attrezzatura per il mare...la proprietaria super cordiale e attenta ai fabbisogni dei viaggiatori...ringraziamo ancora sia lina che natalia per la gentilezza e l'attenzione prestataci!

Super Apartment. Alles mega sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Alles genauso wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Vermieterin war eine sehr nette und absolut unkomplizierte Dame. Der Pool war sauber. Kommen gerne noch einmal.

Vorgängig guter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (in Englisch), alle Fragen konnten beantwortet werden. Wohnung sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wunderbare Strände in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten / Restaurants in Fussdistanz. Alles, was man sich von einer Ferienwohnung als Familie wünscht.

Die Unterkunft hat uns als Paar absolut ausgereicht (es hätten noch 4 Personen mehr Platz gehabt, aber dann wäre es mit nur einem Bad knapp geworden). Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt, außer vielleicht einem Backofen. Es gab einen großzügigen Balkon mit schönem Ausblick und aufgrund der Lage war es sehr ruhig. Den Pool mochten wir nicht so gerne nutzen, weil man dort keine Liegen hatte und auch nicht aufstellen durfte. Außerdem durfte man ihn auch nur zu bestimmten Zeiten nutzen, was nicht in unseren Tagesablauf gepasst hätte. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt, zumal wir auch fast alleine in der Anlage waren. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin Lina lief ohne Komplikationen und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Appartement wieder buchen.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Sardinia. Linas apartment was ideal for our family of 5. Everything we needed was there the location was also excellent we visited 10 beaches during our stay and not one more than 15 mins drive away. We will definitely return to Sardinia and to Linas apartment.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment was clean, well equipped and the pool was not too busy. There are many beautiful beaches nearby and we tried a different one every day. They were all very busy and you have to pay to park at most beaches.

We loved being able to come to this property after having a terrible experience with another rental. It was clean, good location, and most of all AMAZING air conditioning! Great place, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lina is a very helpful and accommodating host, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids with all mod cons including WiFi. Beautiful balcony and private sun roof. There's a great selection of kitchenware and a barbecue so it works to cook some of your meals at home which we really like to do. Beautiful neighborhood with access to a pool, in early June it's a quiet place. Close by you will find a wellstocked and surprisingly cheap minimarket as well as many cafés, restaurants and pizzerias. A few nice beaches in range but I really recommend getting the bus or drive along the coast- you will find some of Europes best beaches in this area.

Lina's communication was excellent, keys ready on our arrival. The apartment is really well appointed; kitchen has everything you need, beds are comfy, rooms are spacious, the balcony and sun terrace are great for sunshine and shade depending on which you require. It was clean. The pool was delightful. It was a great location too - about 10 mins drive to all the beaches on the peninsular which was perfect. We walked to the closest beach, which was fun but a bit of a hot 15 mins up hill in the sunshine! We walked to a pizza restaurant and a hotel selling icecream and self catered for the rest of our week. The air con was handy. We loved the airbed, sun umbrella and snorkels and masks to borrow too. There were no mosquitoes! All in all it was a delight and we would return with pleasure.

My husband and I stayed here with our three kids for 2 weeks. We had a bad start to the holiday with a 5 hour flight delay which meant we didn’t get our hire car as we arrived at 1 in the morning. However Lina ( the owner of the apartment) was so helpful. Making sure we could still get into the apartment and speaking with the taxi driver when he got lost. She stayed in touch throughout. The next day her colleague came to talk us through the apartment set up and also took my husband back to the airport to pick up our rental car. Then she came back again with biscuits and milk for the kids in case we had nothing to eat. So very very helpful and much appreciated. The apartment itself has two very spacious bedrooms and the kitchen living area was fine for the amount of time you spend inside. It was very clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the small complex. The pool area was smallish but again very clean and was never really very busy so most of the time we had it to ourselves. The only complaint about the pool was there was no shallow end but it wasn’t that big a deal. The area was really beautiful but a car is definitely recommended. There are so many beautiful beaches close by that a car means you can see more of them. There are a few nice restaurants near by, in particular a great wee take away place at the bottom of the road. San Teodoro is the nearest town about a 20 min drive away and was great in the evenings. Lots of great restaurants but also a market every evening from 9 -2am. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking for somewhere quite ( which we were) and you don’t mind driving. Plus as I mentioned at the start Lina was so accommodating, she even had Natalia ( her colleague) bring me a lovely birthday cake. Over our two weeks we visited several different beaches, played by the pool, had loads of lovely pizza, visited the water park which was about an hour away, visited a sea life centre and a outdoor rural life museum, both about an hour and a half away. All three were quite small but worth the journey and the views on the way to the sea life centre were out of this world. We hired a boat for an afternoon and swam with the fishes. Sardinia is really beautiful and hardly another British person in sight - perfect. Thanks Lina for helping us enjoy Sardinia so much.

Apartment is well equipped, clean and tidy. Location is great - only about 20 mins from airport. Nearest town of San Teodoro also only 20 mins - great atmosphere on Saturday evening with lots of street sellers and performers. Many beaches only minutes away in the car. A few good restaurants in nearby area that you can easily walk to. We went to a water park that was about and hour away - Aquadream. The kids (teenagers) thoroughly enjoyed it (don’t be put off by the outside when you arrive!). There’s one small shop to buy all your essentials but we mainly went to a good supermarket 5 mins away in car. Lina the owner was very helpful although with us not being able to speak Italian and she not be being able to speak English proved difficult at times however communicating by text/email suited us both very well. Generally not much English spoken at by locals and we only heard two English speaking families the whole time we were there (and that suited us too!). Thank you Lina - we had a lovely holiday in Sardinia.

The apartment was just perfect. Spotlessly clean and in a great area. You need a car but it is easy to drive around the area and gives you the perfect opportunity to see this beautiful country. I fell in love with Sardinia. Lina the owner was helpful and friendly. Thank you Lina, we will definitely be back.

This is a fantastic apartment in a beautiful and very quiet location. It is spacious, well equipped, very clean and set in gourgeous grounds, overlooking the swimming pool. The solarium offers spectacular views of the sea and the surrounding mountains and at night, it's perfect for stargazing. The nearest beach (which is stunning and ideal for small children) can be reached on foot but to explore the area a car is recommended.The local restaurants are all within walking distance offering great choices and good quality (the Quattro Venti is great for seafood). The nearby town of San Paolo offers good supermarkets, butchers and a great fishmonger and all other essential amenities. Lina and her friend Natalia are extremely friendly and accomodating hosts and have made our stay very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Lina's apartment!

Appartement très bien équipé et propre. La literie est de bonne qualité. Du balcon on aperçoit au loin la mer. Place de parc proche de la maison. Dans les alentours, il y a des restaurants, des magasins d'alimentation et des plages. Une auto est cependant nécessaire. Nous avons visité plusieurs plages (sable fin et eau très claire), dont l'accès est bien décrit dans le classeur qui se trouve dans l'appartement. Lina, la propriétaire, est serviable et répond très vite aux questions qu'on lui pose par sms. Merci Lina pour ces magnifques vacances.

We had a wonderful holiday in Sardinia and this apartment and its location was perfect. The apartment is extremely well equipped, clean and very spacious. The balcony area is lovely for dining on whilst enjoying the lovely views. The gardens were very pretty and the pool just right for a refreshing swim. The views from the solarium are spectacular! The local pizzeria does delicious food and we had two gorgeous meals at the local BBQ restaurant which is definitely worth a visit. The beaches in the area are beautiful and we visited many of them (a car is recommended) and the local beach is perfect for parking/access. The nearby town of Porto San Paolo has good supermarkets, banks and a wonderful (and very popular!) fresh fish shop from which we bought some delicious fish from for the bbq.There is a huge pottery studio on the road leading into Siniscola keep an eye out for signs, its well worth a visit. Lina, her family and Natalia were so helpful and welcoming before and during our stay and the visitor information in the apartment was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this location and apartment to anyone and we will certainly be returning next year.

The apartment is well furnished with a nice outside terrace and a small sun deck on the roof which has great views of the countryside and out towards the sea. The communal pool is very pretty, well maintained and set within a small garden area in the centre of the complex. In the apartment there is a set of guidebooks to all the best beaches and these were really useful. There are many, many beautiful beaches in the area and you definitely need a car in order to see as much as possible of this fantastic coastline. There are a few restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance and the nearby hotel has free Wi-Fi. San Teodoro is a nice town for lunch and some shopping. The owner Lina, her daughter Viola and their friend Natalia could not have done more to make us feel welcome. We would definitely come back here again!
