Very clean property. Well located - close to the beach, several bars and restaurants.
The property letting company is very receptive to assist with your needs and pleasant to deal with.
The apartment is located in a building with permanent residents. The implementation of pool rules is not at all consistent with the published community rules. The rules state that the pool can be used outside of the “recommended hours” so long as done quietly. Some permanent residents intimidated my kids and demanded they leave, even when they maintained quiet use of the pool. This may have been due to noisy groups also using the pool during our stay. Nevertheless, it’s unacceptable for families paying top prices to be subjected to punishment as a result of others. We tolerated this because we just wanted to get on with our holiday but it was very disappointing.
The building has structural issues. The balconies were recently replaced as they were collapsing. Scaffolding was removed only 3 days prior to our arrival, but we were not made aware of this significant safety issue. Lack of transparency here.
The very thin floors and walls mean you can hear neighbours even if they are not being very noisy. If they are being noisy then you will have interrupted sleep. We made one complaint and the letting company were helpful here.
The apartments are not serviced during longer stays. In other places, a cleaner will come and replace sheets and towels and freshen up the apartment. In this building, you must go to the letting company (5 mins walk, not too bad) to pick up the sheets and towels to do this yourself.
The shower was blocked a few times and some of the furniture is worn out.

Apartment nicely equiped with all the amenities one need for the stay. Though there is ongoing reconstructions, pool on the property still can be used but only on weekends
Only thing we missed upon our arrival was a shower gel or soap

Apartment was clean , near to beach and restaurants , good size for 5 person family , good contact they send sms asking if we need help with cleaning or anything else , carpark inside the property secured by main door , enough pillows and blankets for 5 persons
the place is quiet , friendly people who live there, the apartment well secured from outside
It is not a hotel so there is no daily room service , no soap in bathroom or shampoo , no reception but i am sure that they would not hesitate if i needed any thing because they have good contact by sms

Very central, close to beach & shops.
Nightly entertainment close by, along with nice restaurants.
Would be great to have a few deck chairs available for the pool area.

The property was originally advertised as having a balcony with seating area, one of the main reasons we booked. however on arrival there was no balcony ! there was actually nowhere to sit outside. there were no loungers or seats around the swimming pool. the garden is tiny. The apartment is much smaller than it appears online. there is no cleaning service. the washing machine didn't work properly, there is only Spainish tv . over all it was very disappointing
