11 Watermeadows est un appartement moderne situé au troisième étage et adjacent au front de mer. Il offre une vue sur Torbay et se situe à quelques pas du pittoresque village de Cockington.
L'appartement dispose de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, chauffage par le sol et un balcon meublé spacieux offrant une vue panoramique sur la mer vers le port.
Watermeadows est un immeuble résidentiel calme de 12 appartements.
Abbey sands, la principale plage de Torquay, se trouve à environ 200 m à pied le long de la promenade, au-delà de laquelle se trouve la marina, le centre-ville et le port avec ses cafés et ses restaurants.
Cockington est un village préservé de chaumières, un manoir et une église, un centre d'artisanat, le restaurant de pub Lutyens Drum Inn, des lacs, plus de 400 acres de magnifique parc, où vous pourrez vous détendre et déguster un thé à la crème Devon.

Located in a fairly quiet good residential area about one mile outside torquay. Spacious flat with great views and balcony. We were warned that the buzzer may not work on checking in. This was the case and we had to ring another flat to gain access. This seems to have been a problem for a while and was the only downside.
Comfortable chairs on the balcony would be a big improvement.

Lovely spacious apartment in a good location. Fantastic sea views. Well equipped and had everything we needed for a nice week away. 2 car parking spaces were very handy.

Apartment is amazing, modern, clean and the views ……well they are just out of this world!
Only one little criticism was the decking on the balcony …….started to rott and a lot have come loose and come easy to trip on.
Overly 10/10 will definitely be booking for next year.

Was everything we hoped it would be. Comfortable, clean and fabulous location with a view to die for! Only possible downside is flight of steps to reach the access door if you have mobility issues. We would definitely return.

This was our 2nd time at this apartment. It's very spacious and comfortable. Amazing views from the lounge and balcony. Great location to walk to Cockington and Torquay. We enjoyed dog friendly livermead beach when the tide was out. Hope to return again.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It's in a great location, easy walking distance to Torquay and Cockington village. You can walk to the Drum Inn Cockington (20 mins) which is a lovely dog friendly pub. The views across the bay from inside the apartment and the large balcony are wonderful. Hope to return when we can.

All round excellent
Thank you for our excellent stay at this apartment. Lovely views across the sea with wrap around balcony, spacious two double bedrooms plus a couple of singles in the other bedroom, all kitchen equipment etc you will need. 2 private parking spaces, easily accessible. Property has a handy lift to outside apartment door. My only VERY minor suggestion is to have more soft lighting in the lounge, perhaps by the TV.
Very close to attractions in Torquay, Paignton etc, and others in Totnes, Dartmoor etc close by too. Walk to sea front in a couple of minutes.
Would happily recommend this accommodation.

Superb Appartment stunning views
Superb Penthouse Apartment. Great communication with owner very clean and well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Fantastic balancy with stunning views of Torquay. Ideal for walking into Torquay, Paignton and cockington village. Train station near by and bus stops , no need to use car. Great place to stay.

A wonderful, peaceful apartment with amazing views!
We've just spent a week in this gorgeous apartment, with ages ranging from 15-83! The apartment is as good as it looks in the photos; there is plenty of space, it's very clean with a large balcony looking out over the water to Torquay. We were glad to be staying a few minutes away from the harbour but walked there several times in just 15 minutes. We were blessed with sunshine and blue sky every day! A couple of small issues cropped up but David's response was really quick and helpful. Bear in mind that there are 16 steps up to the 'ground floor' where the lift is, but there were handrails so my 83 year old mum coped fine. The block is lovely and quiet, and even though some small trains pass by not far away, the noise is not at all disturbing and they don't run at night. I would recommend this apartment to anyone - we loved being there.

Lovely spacious apartment, very clean, comfortable and had everything anyone could need. Beautiful sea view across the bay, very quiet and secure. The owner was easily contactable if needed. Would highly recommend this apartment and personally would use again.

Great apartment
Fantastic apartment in a great location. It was very spacious, clean and well equipped for the three generations and dog who stayed for a week. The views from the balcony are stunning. The apartment is within easy walking distance from Torquay and Paignton. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if visiting the area.

This is an ideal property for families looking for a staycation uk holiday . Wether it is a beach experience or just visiting the area you will find lots of things to do.. I would definitely return to the area and would certainly book the apartment again.

Three generations had a lovely week. The accommodation was spacious, clean, very well equipped and had beautiful views over the bay. It was a convenient location to reach the beach and also to explore the surrounding area.

Fantastic apartment with great sea views.
We would really recommend a stay at this penthouse apartment. Communication was very good from the moment of booking. The apartment was modern, clean and well presented being a good layout and size for the 3 generations of family that stayed; this is an ideal place for children and families. The rooms are a good size, beds are comfortable, it is very well equipped and makes the stay feel like home from home . The balcony area is large with fantastic views across Torquay. Location wise it is a brief walk from the sea front and is within walking distance of the lovely Cockington Village. There are two sandy stretches of beach within walking distance and the main harbour area of Torquay is about a 30 minute walk but there is a bus stop on the front. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon.

Super holiday for a family of all ages
We have just returned from a week at 11 Water Meadows. There were 3 generations ranging in age from 2 years to 77 years. The apartment was spacious enough to give a quiet time for each of us if required. We lacked for nothing as far as equipment was concerned, the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was wonderfully clean and in good condition. The view is absolutely stunning - when once the mist cleared. The apartment is ideally situated, convenient for buses into the town centre or an easy walk. I used a mobility scooter and found the environment ideal. We found a small beach - Corbyn Head Beach, just along the promenade where the tide does not totally cover the sand every day. For young children this is ideal and safe.
I will certainly recommend this apartment to friends and hope to come back in the future

Great view from the balcony and a bright, fully equipped apartment. Very high quality and very well-maintained equipment - everything fully functional and usable (including manuals). One minor issue professional managed and resolved. Quite and pleasant neighborhood in the house as well as around. Exceptional heating (adjustible per each room) and showers. Convincing room layout of the flat if you want to stay for a longer period (separate bedrooms with own floor).
The double bed could be wider, especially if both of you are tall (1,9m), but workaround (room single beds) is available also. Some more hooks in the bathroom could be helpfull, if you intend to accommodate the maximum amount of 6 people.

the property is situated in a fabulous location,nice walking distance to Torquay and Paignton (flat) the standard of accommodation is high and spotlessly clean. the views are exceptional with it being on the top floor with lift access. the only classicism i could give is we should have booked for 2 weeks instead of 1 marvellous stay.
