Wir haben eines der obersten Zimmer bekommen, mit Meerblick. Der Ausblick war traumhaft und es ging immer eine leichte Brise, sodass wir auf die Klimaanlage verzichten konnten. Zimmer und Bad, waren tip top sauber und es gab alles was man braucht...Kühlschrank, Espressomaschine/Pads...Zugegeben, bis in den obersten Stock und mit Koffer, ist schon etwas mühsam, aber es lohnt sich, wir haben es als unser tägliches Training gesehen.😊 Die Unterkunft liegt mittig, was wir auch sehr genossen haben. Der Ort ist wunderbar zum entspannen, wir kommen wieder🌞😊

La camera molto centrale, con un terrazzino molto carino che da quasi sulla piazza. La signora è stata molto gentile, ci ha lasciato anche un pensierino molto gradito prima che ce ne andassimo.
L’unica cosa è che dalla foto sembra di prenotare una camera vista mare, invece la vista è sulla strada.

The apartment was decorated adorable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. I loved having a balcony overlooking the duomo and the sea.
There were five flights of stairs with no lift. The room was a little small.

The flat was lovely, just a stone-throw from the village main square, with sea views on both sides. As a solo traveller I got a small room but it was equipped with everything I needed and it had a lovely balcony on which I sat and watched the sunset over the village and the sea. Just beautiful! The lady who owns the apartments, her daughter and the cleaning lady were all so nice and welcoming. I was here to photograph a wedding and I could literally see the venue from the apartment. Walking distance from all amenities including bars, restaurants, the harbour and the beaches. Had a fantastic stay!
Only thing is that the apartments are on the third floor and there is not lift so if you have mobility issues this is probably not for you.

we where welcomed by the host which made it very personal. the property is in walking distance to the Piazza and restaurants

The location is good as it’s in the centre of Marzamemi a small fishing port
Everything was very basic my room wasn’t the one facing the sea but that was fine
No kettle neither a single plastic glass to drink water
The owner-Lucia wasn’t very helpful despite the fact I was on my own
I needed to go to a pharmacy and she never called a taxi for me . without a car the village doesn’t have a pharmacy and the nearest place is Pachino
when I left it was raining and I bought an umbrella from a local shop just opposite of where the apartment is, the person called a taxi when I mentioned I have to call one to take a bus to Syracuse- my next destination

Amongst all the places I’ve been this one wasn’t good
The village is pretty but small and the nearest beach isn’t nice either
The only thing I enjoyed was the restaurant at the main square everything was delicious and good service

Extremely central, right by the main square, by the sea, the balcony with view on the sea makes it a unique place to stay. Mrs Lucia was also very nice.

The terrace right in front of the sea is priceless! we had breakfast sitting on the terrace (note: breakfast is not included but we bought everyday cappuccino and cannoli at a nearby location). The room was quiet, with enough space and the bed comfortable. The owner is very friendly and available for any query. I totally recommend it.

This is a gem of a place.....very convenient! Many restaurants and shops nearby. Also, close to Syracusa.

The view from the balcony was amazing, the host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, comfy and the location was perfect. A payment parking was just 3 mins walking.
