Broken window no hot water in en suit bathroom toilet didn’t flush in main bathroom no hot water to kitchen sink

Apartment itself is very nice

No towels, no sheets, blankets and pillows grubby, very little cutlery (and not even a corkscrew), no cleaning supplies not even toilet paper.

location, we should have possibly done a bit more research as nothing was close by. after several calls, emails, texts to Veronica who gave us the keys we still are owed money back and she ignored us so we never got it back, very rude and still no further forward after arriving back in the UK

Great location. The apartment has been modernized and is very comfortable.

Booking.Com - no mention of being charged for linen and towels on arrival. Small window for gaining entry as have to phone to request the keys are delivered, could be so much easier with a key holder and code to open. A few small items to get customers started would be useful such as soap / shower gel, water, tea, coffee etc. No wine bottle opener therefore had to wait until the Monday for the supermarkets to open before we could buy any provisions as no shops were open on a Sunday to buy the basics.

Except for the coffee machine everything was perfect
