cancelled my booking and providing unsuitable alternative 1 bedroom for 2nights

The surfaces were very clean and the apartment was spacious even though the bedrooms were small.

Behind a clean exterior impression was stacks of dirty laundry and broken stuff piled up. the towels were folded wet and left on the bed. the hallways were super trashy and filled with junk in the building. I paid a $60 per night cleaning fee for an apartment that was not actually clean when you looked under the surface and I had to do laundry to even take a shower. An other tenant had to show up at our apartment at 1:00 am to borrow our cell phone because he got locked out by the auto locks while taking a shower. I asked for a rebate of the cleaning fee or even part of it, but was refused a partial rebate. It was maybe the worst place I have ever booked on booking.com. I suspect it is remotely managed and they simply don’t care and are more designed for very cheap short term room rentals.

For this price apartment is ok. All appliances are working. The only thing is the cleanliness of the apartment is so terrible. I recommend to the manager of the apartment to come and inspect it by himself. Fan, carpet (under beds), ventilation ducts.

I Love it because it is centrally located to my children and grandchildren, can get where I want quick.

The sheets were stained and because the temp is dropping it was cold. Went and purchased heaters and linens for myself and it was fine.

We had no hot water for 2 days. Sheets were dirty and roaches were in the kitchen. Dishes were dirty.

Had everything we needed except the two important items above. Large enough refrigerator and microwave.

Pic had coffee maker, there was none. No remote on TV so could not entertain children. Could not get the TV to work.

The place was huge. Very homey & the place itself was clean.

No tv. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There were dirty dishes in the oven. There were a crazy amount of mosquitos in the backyard. The house next door was abandoned.
